Two Women Were Reportedly Followed & Shot At Because They Rejected Two Men

Being on the receiving end of someone’s unwanted sexual advances is always uncomfortable — but for two Arkansas women, it was life-threatening.
Last week, two women were reportedly followed and shot at in a West Memphis McDonald’s parking lot after they turned down two men who were hitting on them.
Police told press that the women were first approached by the men at a local Walmart where they rejected the suspects’ advances. Undeterred, the men reportedly followed the women to a nearby McDonald’s and gave it a second go — only to be rejected again.

After being denied a second time, the men allegedly fired a round of bullets at the victims’ vehicle and struck one of the tires.
According to an eyewitness, the two women then jumped out of the car and flagged down a passing by police car. By the time the officers arrived, however, the suspects had already fled the scene.
Authorities are investigating. The West Memphis Police Dept. said both men are still at large, but are confident the suspects will be identified and brought to justice.
