Woody Allen Says Creepy Things About His Former Step-Daughter & Current Wife Soon-Yi Previn AGAIN

Does Woody Allen not have publicist?
Over the years, Woody has publicly spoken out on his controversial relationship with his former step-daughter and current wife of twenty years Soon-Yi Previn. The two originally met while Woody was married to Soon-Yi’s adoptive mom, Mia Farrow.

Not only has Allen described himself as a “paternal” figure to Previn in the past (he is 35 years older), but he has also expressed no remorse over causing Mia and Soon-Yi’s siblings considerable pain at the time of the scandal. The bizarre interviews about their relationship comes on the heels of renewed allegations that the director molested his daughter, Dylan Farrow, when she was just a young child.

Speaking to the Hollywood Reporter over just how little he cared about the emotional fallout, W.A. expressed:

“I was immune, yes I was. You can see I worked right through that, undiminished. Made films all through those years and at the same rate I was making them. I’m good that way. I am very disciplined and very monomaniacal and compartmentalized.”

Well, we’re glad you could get over the life-altering scandal so easily, Woody!
As for how Allen views his marriage to Soon-Yi, he offered up a very inneresting perspective:

“… She had a very, very difficult upbringing in Korea: She was an orphan on the streets, living out of trash cans and starving as a 6-year-old. And she was picked up and put in an orphanage. And so I’ve been able to really make her life better. I provided her with enormous opportunities, and she has sparked to them. She’s educated herself and has tons of friends and children and got a college degree and went to graduate school, and she has traveled all over with me now. She’s very sophisticated and has been to all the great capitals of Europe. She has just become a different person. So the contributions I’ve made to her life have given me more pleasure than all my films.”

Hmm… based off this description, it sounds like the film buff adopted his lady love! It’s as if he’s talking about someone he has mentored opposed to a romantic partner!
