Loved Ones Say Goodbye To XXXTentacion During Private Funeral Service Following Shooting

XXXTentacion has been laid to rest.
Friends and family honored the memory of the late rapper on Thursday during a private funeral in Florida, 10 days after he was fatally gunned down.

Cameras and cell phones were not allowed inside the service, which was attended by the likes of Erykah Badu and Lil Yachty, but many took to social to say goodbye to the artist (real name Jahseh Onfroy).
Sharing a photo of the service card on Instagram, Badu wrote:

“May you find peace in the next now. May the world begin to understand the depths of living between two worlds and recognize that ( you) Jahseh Onfroy is what happens when one is in a struggle to embrace the predator and the victim inside himself at once. Many feel as you did.”

Another attendee shared a touching quote XXX’s great-grandmother said about the late performer during the funeral:

“In life, you can wait for storms to pass, or instead you can learn to dance in the rain. Jah danced in the rain.”

The service came the same day as the official release of the 20-year-old’s SAD! video, which showed him attending his own funeral and chatting with the grim reaper.
The day before he was laid to rest, thousands of fans said goodbye to the slain rapper at the BB&T Center in Florida.
