At least holograms don’t cancel!
We were so excited to hear Zayn Malik would be performing on the season 10 finale of The Voice on Tuesday.
But it looks like we got our hopes up too soon, because the former One Direction member was reportedly a no-show for his pre-recorded performance on Monday!
According to a fan who went to the pre-tape, Zayn was supposed to record his performance along with Jennifer Nettles.

And while the country singer showed up to perform as scheduled, Zayn pulled what’s rapidly becoming known as a Zayn and cancelled at the last minute!
The fan — who shared a picture of the ticket and wristband as proof — said the crew gave the audience Panera before telling them the Pillowtalk singer dropped out, sharing on Twitter:

But don’t freak out just yet, Zayniacs!
New reports say that the hitmaker had to postpone the pre-recorded performance because of technical difficulties with stage lights — so instead, he will perform LIVE during tonight’s broadcast!
