Zooey's Not Into Heels, But Loves "Cheapy" Clothes

We already knew Zooey Deschanel had a thing for tights, but did you know she has a things for flats too?

In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter the actress and singer opened up about fashion and her style.

Favorite article of clothing:

“Oh that├óΓé¼Γäós a hard one, I would have to say ballet flats. I├óΓé¼Γäóm really into flat shoes.”

Favorite fall fashion item:

“You know um the cool thing about living in Southern California is that you could kind of wear anything any time of the year so I don├óΓé¼Γäót really think in seasons as much, but I usually look for things that I like that will look good on my body.├óΓé¼┬¥

Favorite city to shop:

“You know I actually have been all over in the world shopping and it├óΓé¼Γäós interesting to see that there are a lot of, you├óΓé¼Γäóll find a lot of treasures in like little places that you├óΓé¼Γäóll stop. I was on tour all last year and Salt Lake City has amazing vintage shopping, for instance.”

Favorite high fashion item:

“Um├óΓé¼┬ª fashion, I don├óΓé¼Γäót know I buy a lot of clothes so I can├óΓé¼Γäót think, but I like to buy cheapy clothes.”
