While I'm not fan of Huckabee, people check guns on planes all the time. It sounds like this guy went about it the wrong way, but I know shooters/hunters who legally check guns with them when they fly all the time. Is it really so very much of a shock to you to learn that a former pastor has a screw-up for a son? PK's are notorious for being prodigal sons and daughters. Almost all of them spend a decade or so tryig to find themselves apart from the strict social environment that the church creates for pastor's families. These stories hardly make Huckabee Jr. the criminal of the century. However, I'd like to also point ou the fact that may a good man/woman has done everything in their power to raise their children right, oly to have those children rebel and choose lives that run contrary to everything they have been taught. Since when does a wayward child automatically mean that the parent(s) is also unworthy of respect? Just as children should never pay for the sins of their parents, parentsshould never be forced to pay for the thins that their children commit in this life. Often, under the best of parenting circumstances, children simply don't follow the good guidance that they have been afforded.
