I personally feel she has no right to any of his money or assets that he had BEFORE they were married.

Assests during term of marriage incude royalities, interest income, real property increases, accounts in the Camine Islands ect.. and so much more than what has been afforded. Additonally it will not look good when it goes to court to offer anything less during the term of the marriage.
