He’s cute little kid who made his claim to fame covering You’re My Honeybunch (The Cuppycake Song).
Well, he recently met up with Amy, the song’s original performer, for a brief interview.
Sadly, Sam suffers from a rare kidney condition – for which he takes steroids. The steroids have stunted his growth and complicated his weight.
After his “chubby” rendition of The Cuppycake Song, the producers of The Doctors reached out to Sam and his family to help him find an alternate treatment for his disease.
Soooooooo cute!
And also heartbreaking!
We hope they can find a solution for him too!
