Stephanie Tanner should ask Mr. Bear for some advice!
Ex-meth-head Jodie Sweetin leaked details of her court papers so people would pay attention to her.
Okay, maybe not, but we wouldn’t put it past her!
It looks like her 16 month marriage to Cody Herpin had fallen into major disrepair, because in her court files, Sweetin says, “Our house is in foreclosure, our water has been shut off twice. Currently, all of our other utilities are overdue” and that soon-to-be-ex Herpin quit working after their marriage because “[He] kept finding one excuse after another for his failure to even attempt to find employment.”
In her latest ploy for attention, poor Stephanie Tanner is requesting a court order to return to the house (She’s living with her parents) to retrieve her belongings, and clothes and toys for daughter Zoie because Herpin might “prevent [her] from peacefully taking these items.”
How rude!
Herpin says otherwise, and that all his attempts to reach Sweetin have gone unanswered. The deadbeat dad is claiming that he was actually a stay-at-home dad to accomodate Sweetin’s “busy schedule.”
If that doesn’t sound like a total lie, we don’t know what does!
Herpin is seeking full custody of Zoei and spousal support.

Attention-seeking Sweetin says that even though she’s asking for joint custody, she “believes he [Herpin] is going to try to prevent me from seeing [Zoie]” citing an incident that occurred the day she told her husband she was getting a divorce wherein “He told me I could not take Zoie with me. He said he would call the police and report that she was abducted by me and seek sole custody. He grabbed Zoie from the floor where she was playing … but put Zoie down and later went for a walk.”
Herpin says he doesn’t know what the crazy bitch is talking about.
We mean, doesn’t she know that Britney already did this? And did it better?
