Uh-oh!
Looks like there’s about to be a play of power between Peter Falk‘s wife Shera and adopted daughter Catherine.
Back in December, Catherine filed for conservatorship of her father’s estate, citing Alzheimer’s disease and dementia as reasons for financial protection.
But, now, Shera – Peter’s wife of 32 years – has filed papers saying that Catherine “need not take the drastic step of taking away Peter’s rights under the guise of a conservatorship” and that should such a move be necessary that she ought to be the one who gets control. Shera claims Catherine is not close with her father at all.
A hearing has been scheduled for next month.
It sucks that his family is bickering like this!
They should just give Daddy Spears control over Falk!
He might even make a comeback!
