Despite his best effort to remain in hiding, Britney Spears‘s former manager, Larry Rudolph, was subpoenaed Thursday morning, PerezHilton.com can exclusively reveal.
He was handed a summons to appear in court in the ongoing baby battle between the former pop star and Kevin Federline.
Orchestrated by K-Fed’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, Rudolph was served inside a Sunset Tan location in West Los Angeles.
If the fake sun didn’t do it, then this must definitely burn!
Rudolph had tried to stay in hiding because he felt his testimony in court could hurt Britney’s custody case.
