Despite his best effort to remain in hiding, Britney Spears's former manager, Larry Rudolph, was subpoenaed Thursday morning, PerezHilton.com can exclusively reveal.
He was handed a summons to appear in court in the ongoing baby battle between the former pop star and Kevin Federline.
Orchestrated by K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, Rudolph was served inside a Sunset Tan location in West Los Angeles.
If the fake sun didn't do it, then this must definitely burn!
Rudolph had tried to stay in hiding because he felt his testimony in court could hurt Britney's custody case.

Glad to hear it! Britney and her lawyers should not be intimidating witnesses from testifying as to the truth about her parenting skills.

I do not believe that he hid from anyone.
I believe he made a show of it, so it doesn't look like (to sympathizers and Brit's crowd) that he ousted her, like the foaming media of late. He would be dumb to try to hide from the law. Kali — pleading the Fifth means you have the right not to incriminate YOURSELF. In other words, he can only plead the Fifth if the answer could possibly get HIM into legal trouble. You can't plead the Fifth on someone else's behalf. If he lies under oath to protect Britney he'll end up in jail.

Yeah, I think Larry wanted to be found too. He was wayy too obvious about being in hiding. I think he wants to help those boys but doesn't want to look like he's betraying Britney. You don't understand how a piece of paper can make him speak? A subpoena means that he is supposed to testify in a court of law. If you have ever seen Law and Order, you will seen that the witnesses are "sworn" in and asked to swear an oath that they will tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. If they decide to lie and get caught lying, they can be fined and/or put into jail for perjury.
