Michael's Will! What Happens To His Estate?

With Michael Jackson now sadly gone and his three children left without a dad, Jackson’s mom, Katherine, has taken charge to get full custody.

And with that, Michael’s parents are also seeking to get possession of his estate.

Initial papers were just filed with the court to probate the estate under the assumption that Michael had no will prepared.

Though, reports, state that’s not the case.

Turns out Michael’s attorney, John Branca, came back to work for him earlier this month and luckily a will was made at that time and signed, which Branca plans to file within 30 days.

As for the legal papers, they ask that momma Katherine be named as administrator of the will.

Michael in such huge debt, what could they possibly have to distribute in the will?
