The winner of Survivor: Africa in 2002, Ethan Zohn has announced that after an intense treatment of chemotherapy his cancer has unfortunately returned.
So sad.
Zohn was diagnosed with a rare form of Hodgkin’s disease in April and will now undergo a new form of treatment which will conclude with a stem cell transplant.
Although he has a long battle to recovery ahead of him, Zohn and his family remain positive.
Says Zohn, “Whatever things are thrown at you, you’ve got to battle through with a smile on your face and the important people in your life around you.”
That’s a great attitude, Ethan! We wish you a speedy recovery!
