Usher Keeps it Going With Another Cougar

Now that his marriage is officially over, it's time for Usher to find himself a new cougar to pounce on.
In Touch Weekly is reporting that the singer has snatched himself a lady 12 years his senior and has been dating her quietly for the last six months.
Her name is Grace Miguel and she's a music executive, one he has fallen for quite hard. A close friend reveals that Usher thinks she is "so brilliant" and that he "loves the fact that she’s creative, has her own career and doesn’t appear to want anything from him other than companionship. He’s madly in love.”
The pair met while working together with Usher's newest protégé, Justin Bieber. But what started out as business has quickly turned to pleasure.
In fact, the source is saying that it was Usher's feelings for Grace that finally pushed him to end his marriage officially and go through with a divorce.
Most recently, the couple have been spotted working (and playing) together in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, where he is working on a video.
Whatever works for you, Usher. Maybe this time, things will work out alright.
