Excuse Me, Council - Will You Marry Me?

The Washington, D.C. Council is currently in the process of hearings on marriage equality, and Andrew Hertzberg and Andy Rollman took their relationship to Capitol Hill on Tuesday in support of equality!
While speaking in front of the council, Hertzberg actually proposed marriage to his partner!!!
So romantic!
