She's not messing around!

Katie Price AKA Jordan is considering taking legal action against Kerry Katona since she's been spending time with her children due to Kerry's friendship with Peter Andre.

A friend close to Katie reveals:

"She doesn’t want her kids to be near Kerry. What with Kerry attacking her in articles - not to mention her dubious track record - she’s the last person she really wants her kids to be socializing with.

"Kate is just bemused that Kerry keeps name-dropping her in articles and columns. It’s really sad that she hasn’t got anything original to say of her own. It seems that the only way she can get publicity is by talking about Kate.”

Kerry might not be the best choice for a babysitter, but we think if Pete's around it isn't a big deal — he seems like a great dad!

Nothing says true love like a confidentiality agreement!

Former trainwreck Kerry Katona seems to be doing a pretty good job of keeping her life together as of late, and after serious drug problems and two failed marriages, has been quietly seeing Adam Waldron!

However, girlfriend wants to learn from her mistakes and keep this one on the DL - and take a dig at Jordan Katie Price in the process!

She says:

"I want to keep it to myself until I'm really sure about what's going on with us and then I'll talk. I really don't want to do a Katie Price and pose with every new boyfriend I have on the cover of a magazine. Let me have a bit of time with him first because I don't want to jinx anything. Adam doesn't want this lifestyle, he finds it hard, I made him sign a confidentiality form. I just feel like a failure as a wife and a mother, like I did with Brian, even though I couldn't help that Brian ran off with someone else, but I still felt a failure. I thought, why couldn't he love me enough to stay with me? The same happened with Mark, I stayed with him for a year and a half and kept telling myself he'd change, I gave him every opportunity to change but he didn't love me enough which makes me feel like a failure and not good enough as a person. I tried so hard in that marriage and I'd have done anything for it to have worked."

We have a suggestion, bb! Maybe if you want your new relationship to work, you should stop talking to the press about your exes!!

But that being said, you still look great, and just take it slow with your new man!

We're still cautiously optimistic that you're going to really get your life back together!

Because that’s not creepy at all!

Kerry Katona is telling her friends that she has met the new love of her life – a 33-year-old painter who still lives with his parents named Adam Waldron.

A keeper!

The pair found their love connection over Facebook and sources say Kerry has been frequently traveling back and forth from Surrey to Warrington to spend time with him. In fact, Kerry was spotted dropping her kids off with her own mom so she could spend the whole holiday weekend with her new beau!

Friends close to Kerry say that Adam has “swept her off” her feet with his “kindess and sensitivy.”

Sure, but what the hell does he see in you, bb?

As soon as Kerry Katona announced that Peter Andre was her sweetheart, we knew there'd be some drama!

So, when Katie Price found out that Kerry was at the Attitude Magazine party in London she was about to walk into, the reality star stormed off.

"We did not invite Katie Price, but the hotel organisers asked her along without realising about our little spat. I believe she was there in the day having meetings," said Attitude editor, Matthew Todd. "We would have happily invited her ourselves, however, if she would apologise for ruining our phootshoot with Alex Reid."

Wouldn't count on it! Miz Price doesn't seem to be the kind to apologize!

But she insists that the reason she left the party was NOT because of Kerry. Katie supposedly had to catch an early flight to Spain.

Riiiiiight.

A source claims:

"Katie stormed off when she realized Kerry was inside.. Kerry's people were like guard dogs protecting her. I think they were worried about it turning into a b**ch fight in the middle of the dance floor. Kerry just got on with it and looked like she was having a great time and she was very well behaved."

Now that sounds more like it! Grow up, ladies.

Considering she just hired his manager, it seems a little to convenient but….

Kerry Katona and Peter Andre are claiming to be a couple!

Katona, who recently split from her husband Mark Croft, is singing Andre's praises.

She said:

"He's my sweetheart and it's nice to know I'm not on my own. I can see why women love Pete. He's the perfect guy to take home to your mum, he's everything a girl needs.

[My kids] love him - and his music, I took them to one of his shows, he was wonderful with them. Hopefully when Pete's got a free weekend we can take the kids to the beach together."

Ha! Check with the press if Peter is free!

And no matter if this relationship is legit or for press, we're sure it'll only be a matter of time before we hear from Ms. Katie Price.

He was just speaking from the heart when he called his ex-wife a "pig faced mole!"

Brian McFadden admitted that he "lost it" after reading that ex Kerry Katona said he was a bad father and hardly spoke to his children. He explains:

"I was so infuriated when I read it and it was so typical. I just lost it and (went) straight on Twitter. You know probably the things I said, if I had've sat down and thought about it and spoke to a journalist about it, I wouldn't have said it.

"But at the end of the day I spoke from the heart. I was angry and I got my point across. I might have been a bit over-the-top, but at least I got my point across and I got to vent."

McFadden has lost two custody battles in England for his two daughters Molly and Lilly, but he hopes they may eventually want to move down to Australia where he lives with fiancee Delta Goodrem:

"Molly's nine in August and Lilly's now seven, so there's only a few more years until they can pretty much do what they want. I would like to bring them to Australia one day and I know they want to come."

As for what he thinks of Kerry, he's made it pretty clear and says, "I don't know her anymore and I don't know what goes through her mind."

Neither do we!

Wow!

After Kerry Katona went to a tabloid claiming that her ex and former Westlife star Brian McFadden doesn't keep in touch with their children, McFadden blew up at her on his Twitter!

Kerry even said that their youngest daughter Lilly "doesn't really know who he is." This enraged Brian and he referred to her as a "pig-face mole" and Tweeted:

"Wish certain fucks would stop selling there stories to rags and get a real job. Kerry Katona you are dead to me!"

His Tweets were quickly removed since according to a source, "He doesn't want to stoop to Kerry's level." Brian then posted:

"Sorry for bringing my personal anger to twitter…lets have some fun."

McFadden, who is now based out of Sydney with Delta Goodrem, even responded to our Tweet about the situation. We said:

"Go protect your babies! Go get 'em!"

Brian replied:

"I've tried twice perez…and twice the british courts went against me…go figure!"

That's a real shame since Kerry is a HOT mess and we wonder about the safety of those kids!!

Get in line, girls!

Peter Andre is officially moving on from ex-wife Katie Price and dating other women. He says:

"For those of you who are interested, I can confirm that I am still single, but that I am very much back on the dating scene. But I won't be telling you anything until I've met someone I'm serious about."

Pete also denied the rumors that he was hooking up with friend (and TRAINWRECK) Kerry Katona, which is probably best considering her history! For now Pete's dating and gearing up for his tour:

"If you'd told me a few years ago that I'd be doing a 38-date nationwide tour and that it would be completely sold out, I wouldn't have believed you. It shows you how much you can turn your life around."

We wouldn't have believed it either — good for him!
