Britney Spears' dad, Jamie, took the stand on Monday in the ongoing Osama Lutfi/Adnan Ghalib restraining order case.

He revealed that the shady duo was somehow able to get a pre-paid cell phone to Brit as part of their plot to sabotage his conservatorship!

Daddy Spears told the court that he found out about the pre-paid cell phone via a nanny. Said nanny heard Brit chatting with shady Osama and Adnan in the early morning hours one day and ratted the pop tart out.

Apparently, if Sam did have any contact with Britney, it would have been in violation of a court order to stay away from her.

The more we hear the more we can see why Daddy Spears is trying to make the temporary restraining order against Osama and Adnan permanent!

Sam Lutfi is striking back at accusations that he is trying to harm Britney Spears and insisting that he isn't a creepy slimeball. He's suing the Spears fam for defamation and battery.

In new papers filed on Friday, Brit's former manager is saying that the pop star is actually the one reaching out to him through text messages, despite a court order against it, although he does also admit that he's delivered messages through Britney's hairdresser and ex-boyfriend, Landing-Strip Adnan. He insists that the messages were in no way harmful.

Lutfi's lawyer, Bryan Freedman, tells People that "I don't think anyone would want to have on public record allegations of behavior that weren't committed. A restraining order to is protect someone against stalkers and people who want to commit violence, and that description doesn't fit my client."

Daddy Spears and his legal team, however, are saying that Lutfi, Ghalib, and their lawyer are working in cahoots to "disrupt the conservatorship with utter disregard for Ms. Spears's health and well being," and that Lutfi allegedly sent Britney's hairdresser a message which read, "I've done everything I can to free her from [the conservatorship]. Very close to getting her free now."

Leave Britney alone!

It's expected to all go down this Wednesday in court.

As we mentioned earlier, Adnan Ghalib stands accused of assault with a deadly weapon!

Britney Spears's former paparazzo boyfriend reportedly ran over a process server with his car on Wednesday.

The poor dude was attempting to serve Ghalib with a restraining order, for which he's purposefully been avoiding service.

PerezHilton.com has obtained these exclusive images of the injuries the server has sustained!

Here's exactly what went down, according to our sources.

- Agents of the court have been trying to serve Adnan with a temporary restraining order for the past few days.

- Wednesday evening, an agent of the court spotted Ghalib at the residency where he's been staying with his ex-wife, Azlynn Berry.

- The court officer spotted Adnan exiting the apt and entering his car, which was parked in a very narrow alley outside the apartment.

- The agent approached Adnan on the driver side window with the temporary restraining order in hand in an attempt to serve him.

- As soon as Adnan saw him he turned his wheels towards the agent and hit him with his vehicle.

- The agent fell on the hood of the car while Adnan was speeding and zig zagging in the alley for 30-40 yards.

- The agent was thrown all the way to the right side of the pavement 30-40 yards from the place he tried to serve him.

- The agents wrist was fractured and he spent the nite in the ER.

-Police responded to a 911 call and a report of assault with a deadly weapon was filed.

- Adnan fled the scene and did not return.

So shady!!!!

On Wednesday, Britney Spears' former boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib, ran over a process server with his car who was attempting to serve him with a restraining order.

Ran him over!!!!!!!

The douche has been avoiding service for weeks, and he's now being investigated by the authorities for assault with a deadly weapon.

Adnan hit the process server in an alley by his apartment and then fled the scene.

Crazy!

Ghalib would not comment when reached by the media.

Yet another reason why we're so glad Brit no longer associates with him!

As we mentioned earlier, Britney Spears and her camp have obtained a restraining order against douchebags Osama Lutfi and Adnan Ghalib.

The court documents have just been released and they reveal all the dirty details.

O & A hired an attorney and then found ways to contact BritBrit, telling her that she was being used for her money, that she wasn't crazy, and that they could help her gain full custody of her kids - if she overturned conservatorship to Lufti of course.

THAT would be the worst thing ever!

Lufti's shady attorney, Jon Eardley, sent BritBrit a letter early last year stating some of thefollowing highlights:

"You may not be aware of the fact that your civil rights were violated.

I have developed a legal strategy for you that I am confident will turn everything around, and ultimately garner you full custody of your children within approximately 30 to 60 days.

They will not be happy until they have denied you your freedom and milked you for your last dime. The custody case, as you know, is nothing more than a flat out extortion scheme, with your children being used as pawns.

Your case will continue to spiral until they have denied you your freedom, your children and your assets.

All I want is to see you win. I do not want anything in return and am willing to volunteer my time with you to see to it that you are successful in this custody case. I am not interested in publicity, money, or anything other than seeing you obtain full custody of your children.

Please recognize that aside from some anxiety and depression, which are totally normal under these circumstances, there is nothing wrong with you, but that the court system routinely engages in character assassination to conceal its internal bias and to break you down.

What they ultimately want is to get you into a conservatorship; at that point, your freedom will be denied, giving them the full opportunity to steal all of your money and to deny you any access to your children.

Unfortunately Brit's attorneys claim "both Mr. Lutfi & and Mr. Ghalib have disappeared and are intentionally avoiding direct contact with Ms. Spears or Mr. Spears' security," making it hard to serve them with the restraining order.

A hearing regarding the restraining orders has been scheduled for February 23.

It looks like Us Weekly got it all wrong. The song, Mmm Papi, off BritBrit's new album, wasn't inspired by or written for her former sleezebag paparazzo beau, Adnan Ghalib.

Nicole Morier, who co-wrote Mmm Papi with Britney Spears, tells PerezHilton.com exclusively:

"I never said that to the US Weekly! The song is definitely not about Adnan and in the whole time I worked with her last spring and summer I never once saw that guy. We strictly wrote the song for fun. the Mmm Papi part came out of Mmm Papa Luv U and I came up with it because the track was a fun up beat track and we wanted to do something crazy like mmmpapamowow.

The mmm papi part came later as rhythmic idea and it was also more inspired by Hey Mami from the group Fannypack and is our ode to all the Latino hotties in the world such as yourself! Please be kind to Britney and I and post this correction. She was oh so sweet and professional to work with, and I believe she's really gotten her life together."

And there you have it!

We think the song may actually be about…..her papi, Jamie! Duh.

According to sources close to Britney, the Circus Princess wrote a track for former Pap Sleaze Adnan Ghalib on her upcoming album as a "gift to him."

Nicole Morier of the band Electrocute - who helped BritBrit pen the song Mmm Papi - admits to Us Weekly that the song is "about someone. I'm sure you can guess."

We guess that with lyrics like - "You love it when I'm freaking out / Things get rough and there's no doubt / You will always be there for me" - it does seem a little obvious.

Although, we hope it isn't true! BritBrit did not look good being dragged behind that Landing Strip Sleazebag!

A source close to Ghalib claims the two are in "constant contact" and the they never stopped dating.

Which is why he claimed to be shopping around a sex tape, right?

Ah yes, that's love. Certainly lyric-worthy!

As for Spears' upcoming tour, her father, Jamie, is going to do his best to keep things clean and professional, requiring all the dancers to submit to drug tests.

Should have done that in the first place - we could have avoided that whole FedEx fiasco altogether.

As we mentioned earlier, sleazy paparazzo Adnan Ghalib is allegedly shopping around trying to sell a supposed x-rated sex tape of him with Britney Spears.

Several reports claimed that Ghalib was asking for offers and even asked if Britney wanted to buy it to prevent its leak.

Now, days later, Ghalib is talking to the media again, and - this time - he claims those reports are not true, even though he was quoted as saying a few days ago they were true.

He now says, "There is no sex tape and I've never claimed there is one."

He even says he's prepared to take legal action over the false claims.

The original story quoted Adnan talking about wanting to sell the rumored two hour tape made last July.

Adnan adds, "I don't know where these quotes I'm supposed to have said have come from. What I do know is they certainly didn't come from me and they are completely false. I'm extremely upset and distressed and I'm taking legal action."

Wonder if we should believe him.

He continues, "This story has caused a lot of hurt to my family and people close to me. There is no sex tape. That is the end of the matter."

Could someone have just made those quotes up? It's possible.

But if they did, they deserve to get sued! And Adnan's likely to do it!
