The View has been a big pot of political goodness and debating these days!

On Friday, in the first fifteen minutes of the show, the RNC's lame-o equivalent to Oprah, Elisabeth Hasselbeck, dissed conservative commerntator Ann Coulter.

Uh oh!

Someone's Republican stock just dropped!

During a discussion about a study saying blonds in fact do have more fun, fiery Joy Behar had this to say:

"If they (McCain/Palin) win, she'll (Palin) be blond, believe me. And if she loses, she'll be blond and have a job on Fox TV because they're all blond over there … Ann Coulter, Laura Ingraham, Elisabeth Hasselbeck."

Elizabitch quickly interjected:

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, please don't put me in the same sentence as Ann Coulter, thank you very much."

We thought she would find it flattering!

Lizzy went on to clarify, once again, that she's staying put on The View.

She's not planning on jumping to Fox News (at the moment).

Sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that Mel B. is working on a new album!

Though a release date and record label have yet to be finalized, the artist formerly known as Scary has begun working with some of the biggest producers in the biz.

"Mel is going for a pop sound with a bit of an urban edge," an insider tells us. And her choice of collaborators definitely reflects that.

Scary spent this past week working with Scott Storch, and she's also working with Damon Elliott, JR Rotem, Richie Skillz and Rodney Jerkins on it.

It's all about the music. If the music is good, we're into it!

According to a new poll by Parade magazine, 44% of Americans think Rosie O'Donnell is the most annoying celeb out there.

Paris Hilton came in second with 24%, followed by Ann Coulter (16%), Heather Mills McCartney (12%) and Perez Hilton (4%).

Shit, we're happy we made the list, any list!

The most-overexposed celebrity award goes to none other than Miss Britney Spears (50%).

Hopefully we'll be hearing a lot less from Brit Brit in 2008.

Mann Coulter needs to stir up some shit fast. Her new book is dying a quick death.

The latest tome by right-wing scribe Ann Coulter, If Democrats Had Any Brains They'd Be Republicans, hasn't caught fire with book buyers.

The title spent just four weeks on The New York Times' best-seller list—compared with 12 for her previous book—and has sold 97,000 copies in the last 10 weeks, according to Nielsen BookScan, which tracks about 70% of the market.

Ms. Coulter's last effort, Godless, sold 233,000 copies over the same time span, according to BookScan.

If the conservatives no longer love Mann, what's left for her??????

Mann Coulter has convinced Palm Beach officials to remove her home address from county property records.

Seems like the political pundit has had one too many people come and harass her at home.

She had one lovely greeting card dropped off, which read, "The only things left after a nuclear war are you and cockroaches" and had "Go fuck yourself" printed on its face.

Another visitor wasn't as polite and started shouting "Ann Coulter is a big asshole" from outside her house.

Since the writers are striking, they should come up with more clever things to say outside Mann's home!
