Carrie Underwood Is Orange & Navy All Over In Nashville

| Filed under: Fashion SmashionCarrie UnderwoodStella McCartneyGrammysRed CarpetDiane von Furstenberg

Carrie Underwood was all smiles at the Nashville Grammy Nominee Party on Tuesday.

The Southern belle is clearly saving the frou-frou gowns for the actual Grammys as she opted for a more laid-back outfit on this occasion.

There's always time to bring out the pageant clothes later!

Carrie wore a silky orange button-down with an orange-trim navy Diane von Furstenberg mini and gold glitter Stella McCartney heels.

Her tousled curls were also noticeably shorter than the last time we saw her.

We can't quite put our finger on it, but there's just something about this outfit that feels off.

Not loving it.

She looks like a winner already!

Rita Ora made heads turn Thursday night at the BRIT Awards Nominations Party and not just because of her nominations!

The singer wore an iridescent Diane Von Furstenberg sequined gown which she simplified with nude Christian Louboutin heels and side braid.

It was much more sophisticated than some of her more recent looks, but it was still fun and very Rita.

Well done, girl!

Tory Burch's Nasty Legal Battle With Ex Finally Over!

| Filed under: Fashion SmashionLegal MattersAnna WintourBusiness BlitzTory BurchDiane von Furstenberg

There’s nothing like putting problems behind you to start off the New Year!

That’s exactly what Tory Burch and her ex-husband Chris Burch have done with their legal battle over her company’s ownership.

The exact details aren’t available, but they came to an agreement on all claims, including Chris still owning part of the company.

The pair also agreed to bring in two new investors: Capital Partners and General Atlantic.

This issue has carried on for quite awhile, so it’s nice that they’ll finally move past it and let their fashionable business continue as usual.

And as much as we loved it, see Anna Wintour and Diane von Furstenberg can officially retract their claws from Chris' jugular.

LOLz!

Target + Neiman Marcus Collab Does A Total Belly Flop

| Filed under: TargetTory BurchDiane von FurstenbergCarolina HerreraOscar de la Rentaalice + oliviaJoseph Altuzarra

You mean to tell us nobody wanted to shell out $500 for an alice + olivia bicycle, or $80 for an Altuzarra tray, or even $50 for a Diane von Furstenberg yoga mat?

Well, all of those items, and a lot more, are now available for 50% off at Target only three weeks after the launch, because apparently the Target + Neiman Marcus Holiday Collection collabo was not the success everyone thought it would be.

After customers went cray cray

Diane Von Furstenberg Gets The Fairy Tale Treatment

| Filed under: Fashion SmashionBookzChristian LacroixDiane von FurstenbergManolo Blahnik

What a brillz idea!

Diane von Furstenberg has had a fantastic life–marrying a prince, launching her own fashion empire–so it makes perfect sense to use her biography as inspiration for a modern fairy tale.

British author Camilla Morton, who has also written modern fairy tales for Christian Lacroix and Manolo Blahnik, has spun a thoroughly enchanting tale called Diane von Furstenberg and The Tale of The Empress's New Clothes, based on the children's classic The Emperor's New Clothes and the designer's own story.

Though, according to Morton, her version of the tale will be much more empowering than the original.

DKNY Internship More Popular Than Heidi Klum & Anna Wintour

Sold!

$1.7 million later, the Fashion for Sandy Relief Initiative auction presented by CFDA and Vogue has come to a close, and we are totally shocked by some of the results!

Who would have thought that a one-week internship with DKNY PR Girl Aliza Litch would garner more bids (34 in fact!) than meeting Anna Wintour at the 2013 Met Gala (a paltry 4 bids)?!

Of course the starting bid may have affected the number of people who
