Shaquille O'Neil hit up the Monster Grammy after party on Sunday night, and while he was there, we got exclusive tips from the former hoop star on how to stay on top of your fitness game!
We asked: What are some tips you can give to people who want to stay in shape?
Shaq answered, "you just gotta eat right and do a lot of cardio."
