Kim Kardashian West knows how to look good, and she works hard to make it happen — beauty sessions, eating right, and fitness like a boss. But is daughter North already on that same path?!

UFC Fighter Ronda Rousey Opens Up About Struggling With Bulimia

Ronda Rousey is totally a badass (with a great ass)!

But sadly, she wasn't always this confident about the skin she was in. The UFC fighter admitted that when she was younger, she "struggled with bulimia" because she was unhappy with the way her body looked.

She also explained that she went through "all kinds of crazy stuff" to try to obtain the perfect figure, but eventually was able to put everything into perspective:

"I was unhappy. I had to attend to all of the other things in my life, like my career and my training, to get to a point where I trained just because I loved it. I didn't even know that was what I wanted, but I made myself happy first and then got the 'oh wow' body."

The ESPY winner revealed that she was approaching her eating and fitness regimens from the complete opposite attitude, saying it took a while before everything clicked:

Khloe Kardashian reveals her fitness and health tips!

Hard work does the body good!

Khloe Kardashian's fit and healthy figure is proof of just that!

The 31-year-old has even been posting pics of her fitness journey to Instagram, bringing us all envy with her coveted curves.

But she'll have you know that it didn't come easily, or quickly, for that matter! Just in time for beach season, Khloe revealed to Australia's Nova 96.9 radio station on Monday:

"I think all diets are kind of weird. The word 'die' is in it. I believe in lifestyle changes, and when you think of something long term, you do it better. If I know I just have to eat this way for a week, how does that help you for the long term? It doesn't."

Well, someone should tell her lil sis Kylie Jenner then, but at least Koko has the right idea!

It really is all about making it a part of your life rather than as just a fad! For one, she said:

"I've made major cutbacks. I used to love soda. So I've cut out soda completely and I'll drink iced tea or water for what I drink throughout my day. I just made that like a lifestyle change. I'll do like one thing, like, a month. I'll just cut something off little by little, and then it just becomes like a part of your life. You don't even think about it."

Cutting out one thing a month seems pretty attainable! But according to the beautiful blonde, it's not entirely about how you're feeding your body.

Speaking on her fitness guru, Gunnar Peterson, she confessed:

"I'm just obsessed with him. I really am. He has changed my body, but he's not militant. I'm not paying you to yell at me. I want someone who's motivating and encouraging, like if they are proud of you for even being there that day… Gunnar is, like, really proud and sweet and positive in that way, and also he comes from a place of 'yes.' So if I'm like, 'I want Beyoncé's booty,' he'll say, 'Okay, we're gonna do that.' He's not like, 'Well, you can't because you're a foot taller than her.' He just is very positive."

Who doesn't want Bey's booty?? Anyway, it's good to know that positive reinforcement can work, too!

We're so happy for Khloe, and we hope she feels just as amazing as she looks!

The 17-year-old hasn't been shy about revealing her confidence issues with weight gain, but it seems she's trying to do something about it.

In a new interview, Kylie confessed:

"I'm working out and I'm eating a lot better… I didn't realize I was lactose intolerant. I just became lactose intolerant like, this year. And I love like, cheese and everything so I'm so mad but, I dunno, I just, it was my year to eat bad. I was like, while I'm young, I might as well. I didn't care about a diet or anything. But now, this last month, I've been working on it just for health reasons only."

She's putting her body on blast!!

We're of course glad Kylizzle figured out her woes with lactose, but she is young and can still eat junk food if she wants to!

Not to mention, she has always looked amazing! Of course, there's nothing wrong with a healthier lifestyle.

So you do you, Kylie! Just know you will look fab no matter the number on the scale!
