Ever since Ylvis's The Fox dropped, the Norwegian comedy duo, brothers Bard and Vegard Ylvisaker, has been absolutely blowing up!
Their reach is now stretching across different forms of media…
In the form of a book deal!
That's right, The Fox is going to become a kid's book!
Simon & Schuster negotiated the deal with talent agent giant CAA and are currently adapting the work so the book can hit shelves by December 10th!!
That's an ambitious plan!
Simon & Schuster Children's Publishing president said:
"I cannot tell you how many times I've watched Ylvis's hilarious, mesmerizing, unforgettable 'The Fox.' The lyrics and playfulness of the song lend themselves perfectly to the picture book format, and I’m ecstatic that Simon & Schuster is publishing Bard and Vegard’s first book."

If you asked David Spade what the fox says, he'd probably reply: "Trick-or-treat!"
That's because David was spotted dressed up like a fox while out and about this past Saturday.
He was snapped while in his costume at Kate Hudson's annual Halloween party in Brentwood, CA.
We're assuming he, like so many others, was inspired by Ylvis' song The Fox!
He really went all out on his costume! He had a fuzzy fox colored wig, big ears, a full body jumper and a furry fox tail!
We bet he was totes the belle of the ball!
We wonder if people were petting him all night or tugging on his tail or singing Ylvis' hit at him.
We bet that got old quick!
David Spade, you are one foxy guy! LOLz!

And it's PURRR-FECT! With over 8,500 energy-efficient LED lights, he hits it out of the park again in this spooky new vid, which you can see (above)!!
Oh, and did we mention that his electric bill is only $25-35 for the entire month of October???
It's a green Halloween display of foxy goodness!!
Watch what The Fox says (above)!!!
Everyone by now should have heard the song The Fox by Ylvis.

Fox costumes are absolutely flying off the shelves due to the video.
