Despite the fact that she's currently serving a one-year prison sentence, Foxy Brown is coming out with a new album in November.

Hey, she needs money for legal bills and the inevitable appeal!

Foxy's new record, Brooklyn's Don Diva, will drop in November. It's her first album since 2001's Broken Silence.

Is she still hyping up Brooklyn? Please, bitch lives in Jersey now!

Brown's new single, Don't Surrender, will be released to radio stations today.

Unfortunately for her, Foxy's album is not being released by a major label. Instead, she's stuck with Koch Records, which we've never heard of before.

Foxy Brown, currently serving a year long prison sentence, is not only a criminal but a liar too!

Despite telling reporters that she was pregnant - something her lawyer confirmed in court during her most recent trial - the rapper's manager said on Wednesday that she is not sperminated.

Said her manager, "And to the pregnancy rumors, this is the official statement: She is not pregnant."

Lying about being with child to try and escape a jail sentence?

Foxy Brown was sentenced to a year in prison for probation violation. Good!

Her list of offenses is longer than Pete Doherty's!

The rapper has already begun serving her sentence, at Rikers Island in New York.

If she doesn't get into any prison bitchfights, she will be eligible for parole in eight months.

A judge has sentenced Foxy Brown to jail - effective immediately.

The decision was handed down on Wednesday for probation violation.

Brown has been arrested twice in the past two weeks, and countless times before that.

The pregnant rapper left from a New York court directly to prison today, where she will stay until at least her next hearing on September 5th.

Foxy Brown was pulled over by police in New Jersey late last week on a traffic violation. And bitch lied to the cops!

We LOVE her! That Foxy sure is foxy!

When the officers asked for the spelling of her name and her date of birth, Brown allegedly gave police a "variation of her real name" and a date of birth that was a year off from her actual date of birth.

A search for the name she gave turned up no records.

Asked a second time, Brown gave her correct name and date of birth. But records indicated her license was suspended AND the registration on the 2007 Land Rover was suspended as well!

We do feel sorry for this bitch, though. She probably can't afford a driver!

Foxy was taken to police headquarters in Mahwah, where she was issued SEVEN traffic tickets and released on her own recognizance. She was also given a Municipal Court date of September 4th.

The rapprer's arrest came just one day after she was arraigned in Manhattan on charges that she allegedly assaulted a neighbor with her BlackBerry device.

Brown was released August 14 on $50,000 bail and faces charges of felony assault, misdemeanor assault and criminal possession of a weapon.

Foxy is currently on probation for attacking two Manhattan manicurists in a dispute over a $20 bill, and she faces charges in Florida for throwing hair glue at a Florida beauty shop employee.

Finally! She's in the news for something other than beating a bitch down!

Foxy Brown is expecting her first child.

The rapper confirmed the news to the New York Post on a recent shopping excursion. She also revealed that she's getting married next month.

Who's crazy enough to marry this trainwreck AND sperminate her????

Legal bills are expensive, honey.

You'd think that would be a deterrent against Foxy Brown getting into trouble. But, no! Bitch is CRAZY.

She hasn't had a hit record in ages but the rapper is accused of hitting her neighbor with a Blackberry.

The victim was reportedly taken to Brooklyn Hospital after getting into an argument with Foxy on July 30th. She was treated for loosening of the teeth, swelling of the lip and swelling of the right eye. She filed a complaint with police, and after an investigation, Brown agreed to turn herself in yesterday.

She was released on $5,000 bail and charged with felony assault, menacing, harassment and criminal possession of a weapon.

Her next court date is September. 26th.

She's been found!

Despite reports that she was lost and no one could get in touch with her - not even her lawyer - Foxy Brown's been right under our nose.

As these exclusive pictures reveal and several PerezHilton.com readers confirm, the rapper performed at the Urban Music Awards in Manhattan on Saturday night.

So ironic that you would post something about this floozie the morning after we saw her "perform" at the Urban Music Awards in Manhattan on 7/7/07! Foxy was supposed to be the co-host for this new event brought over from across the pond, but couldn't muster up the ability to not use the N-word, B-word, or H-word long enough to present a couple of awards. Anywho, she was late as can be expected for someone that lives in the city and has nothing to do. When she got on stage it looked like she was smuggling 3 melons under her dress, the third being where here tummy should have been. She graced us with her presence twice where each time she used inane profanity and took the opportunity to take cheap shots at Rah Digga, Remy Ma, and just about any female rapper who has actually had an album come out in the past 2 years (btw she is claiming to be a member of the Rocafella click). When she finally decided she was over the crowd she turned off her mic and instead of exiting the stage, she took to downstage left where she proceeded to ask us to take her picture while posing in what can only be described as a "I need love" stance. All around horrible!
