Our friends at Hip Hop Weekly reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that the rapper formally known as Inga Marchand is engaged!

Inga went and nabbed herself Def Jam hit maker Rick Ross, commonly referred to as one of Hip Hop's most eligible bachelors.

The Foxy one will be calling Miami home with Ross.

Hopefully, the MIA will not be as troublesome as the NYC for the former jailbird!

The Ill Na Na is trying to avoid another stint in jail at all costs.

As we mentioned earlier this week, Foxy Brown was due in court to face charges of hitting a neighbor with her BlackBerry phone last year.

Well, it seems Inga has gotten a very lucky break.

Just earlier today, Brown plead out of her Blackberry assault case. And oddly enough, she might not even have to go back to court for it.

Foxy plead guilty to one misdemeanor charge of menacing. The prosecution actually threw out the felony assault charge.

Apparently Foxy doesn't seem like a threat to them.

She also got off somewhat easily.

Aside from being sentenced to time served, Foxy had to submit a letter of apology.

We hope it was a hand written note and not something her publicist typed up!

Foxy's also plead out of her Florida case, where she was accused of assault in a beauty salon.

She really seems to be getting her shit together. That and a good lawyer always helps.

We mentioned earlier that a bench warrant was issued for Inga Marchand' (aka Foxy Brown) on Monday cuz she failed to show up at court.

According to Inga's lawyer, Laura Dilimetin, it was all a misunderstanding and the warrant has been recalled.

Apparently, the lawyer had the case delayed ’til May 8th, but for some reason court officials didn't change the date in the official calendar.

When the court realized the mistake, the judge reportedly withdrew the bench warrant.

Inga's lawyer assured the media that we'll see the rapper in court on Thursday in Florida, where she's facing charges on another incident.

Foxy Brown just loves getting in trouble!

Judge John Walsh has just issued a bench warrant for Inga Marchand's arrest (that's her real name) after she failed to appear in court Monday on charges of hitting a neighbor with her BlackBerry phone last year.

Brown was late to court this morning and even more embarrassing, her attorney didn't even know where she was.

Poor Inga.

She's also due in court this Thursday down in Florida for the assault case that took place in a beauty salon.

Seems like someone needs some anger management classes.

Let's keep Naomi Campbell and Foxy away from each other!

At least Foxy's putting her frequent flyer miles to good use, what with trials in Florida AND New York.

She may be just out of jail, but Foxy Brown still has a lot of legal issues ahead of her!

And, things have just gotten more complicated for the troubled rapper.

On Wednesday, Brown's Florida lawyer, Fred Haddad, unexpectedly dumped her as a client on Wednesday in court.

Foxy is facing misdemeanor battery charges for an "incident" that happened at a Pembroke Pines beauty supply store last year. She got all Naomi on one of the workers!

Haddad told Judge Joel Lazarus that he was withdrawing from the case because of ”irreconcilable differences” with Brown.

The lawyer exploded on Brown's handlers, who broke the news that her New York attorneys had brokered a plea deal with the state attorney's office behind his back.

Haddad had spent the past few months preparing a case for trial.

Brown would receive six months probation if she accepted the plea deal.

”I think the problem is she doesn't like me,” Haddad said. "I have a problem agreeing to a plea deal. I didn't negotiate this. I put a ton of work into this case.”

Let's hope you get paid for your work!

Inga Marchand, more commonly known as rapper Foxy Brown is finally a FREE woman!

Inga walked outta Rikers Island on Friday, after serving 8 out of the 12 months she was sentenced to serve.

She appealed to a judge in a handwritten letter for early release, "Yes, I've made some bad choices and stupid mistakes. But please understand that sitting in a prison with murderers and criminals is not rehabilitating or what I need to deal with my inner issues." And, lucky for her the appeal worked!

On to the TV show! Can't wait to watch her 'deal with her inner issues' on the small screen'.

Inga (her real name) is coming out on April 18th…and she's going straight to work on a new TV show.

She's gotta pay off her legal bills somehow!

The bitch is coming back!

Looks like Foxy Brown will be going from Rikers Island to the small screen.

The rapper is reportedly in negotiations with cable VH1 for a reality show.

What an industrious lady!

Being in jail isn't getting in the way of business!

Should be interesting. We'll probably get to see a lot of Brown out Foxing NYPD.
