The Duffster is soon to face some major drama!

Hilary Duff has signed on to appear in several episodes of CW's Gossip Girl this coming season!!!!

We guess this is the result of NBC passing on her ill-conceived comedy pilot Barely Legal.

Hilary will play Olivia Burke, a movie star who enrolls at NYU in search of a traditional college experience and ends up rooming with Vanessa (Jessica Szohr).

Duff will debut in this season's fourth episode, to air Oct. 5.

Be sure to say "hi" to Chace for us!!!!!

In what's turning out to be an ugly ugly custody battle, soon-to-be-ex-husband of Gossip Girl actress Kelly Rutherford, Daniel Giersch, has to turn over his visa and visa app to Rutherford's attorney within the next week.

The move suggests that there may be some concern over Giersch up and running with their kids, Hermes and Helena, back to his native Germany.

Behave like adults, damnit!

How many times do we have to say it????

If you make a sex tape or photograph yourselves doing the nasty, it WILL get out!!!!!

Leighton Meester is the latest celeb to be caught in the midst of a sex tape scandal.

The tape, which features a naughty Blair Waldorf doing the nasty with her BF, was shot a few years ago and sources say that it "shows Leighton in mostly innocuous though nude scenes — with several big exceptions … one involving her very talented feet."

Dirty!!!

Sources confirm that a company called celebhotline.com is in talks for the video. The company's spokesperson, Kevin Blatt confirmed, "We've seen the tape and we're hoping to close the deal."

We've tried to warn celebs about this kind of thing. If you're going to be freaky on tape, you better be the only one with a copy.

And, don't worry, when the tape reaches us, we'll be sure to give it a tasteful headline!

Attention Tweens! You're awards show is on it's way!

The Teen Choice Awards are coming Monday, August 10th, and it will be hosted by the Jonas Brothers.

If you peeps over 16 need some incentive to tune in, well, here it is: The juggernaut known as Twilight has garnered an impressive 12 nominations, including nods for Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner.

Could mean an appearance by R-Patz!!!

Close behind in nominations are the cast of High School Musical 3 (yay Zacquisha), Miley Cyrus, and the cast of Gossip Girl. The JoBros even got some nods too!

Gossip Girl's Kelly Rutherford gave birth to her second child with estranged husband Daniel Giersch on Tuesday.

Daniel has yet to visit his new daughter as he is in the midst of negotiating how much time he is allotted in the hospital. The kid isn't even a day old and she already has to deal with the craziness of her parents.

Daniel reveals: "We are currently negotiating how often I am allowed to go to the hospital. The only thing the judge said in court last time is that I can see my daughter three times a week for one hour."

But of course, he is going to fight the ruling to gain some more time and he has some ammo this time. For one thing, he was barely informed of his own daughters birth, receiving a call at 8:45 Tuesday morning, when Kelly was already way into labor.

And, on top of that, Kelly left her young son, Hermès, at home to have the baby.

“Kelly is not allowed to stay away from Hermès more than three hours. If that's the case she has to call me so I can take care of him.That's what the judge said," Giersch explained.

Boy, the judge sounds like the real parent in this scenario.

Kelly Rutherford, better known as Lily van der Woodsen on Gossip Girl, has given birth to a baby girl!

Rutherford popped around 10 p.m. in Los Angeles on Monday night, but no word on the tiny tot's name just yet. She'll be joining 2-year-old brother Hermes at home.

Not surprisingly, Kelly's ex-husband and father of both children, Daniel Giersch, was not at the hospital at the time of the birth. The two are smack in the middle of a nasty custody battle with Rutherford claiming the children are not safe around her former husband.

Regardless, congrats to the new mom!

Are Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr Seven-Nyne abusers???

Both Gossip Girl stars were illuminating rays of orange outside of Shane West's birthday party at Bardot on Saturday night.

Regardless, Ed was looking sizzling with some of that yummy chest hair peaking out.

Keep it together tweens, but if there was ever a movie tailored just for you, Easy A is it!

A high-school retelling of Nathaniel Hawthorne’s The Scarlet Letter, the flick has landed itself one hell of a good looking cast. Twilight baddie Cam Gigandet and Gossip Girl cutie Penn Badgley will be the resident hotties of the film working alongside the likes of Lisa Kudrow, Alyson Michalka, Amanda Bynes, and the leading lady, Emma Stone.

Other than Emma, none of the actor's roles have been revealed, but the script is said to take a comedic and modern stab at the Hawthorne classic. Emma will play a student who is ostracized thanks to a vicious rumor about her reputation with the guys. She decides to use the rumor mill to her advantage and "pits puritanical students and teachers against their liberal, free-lovin’ counterparts."

Sounds just like what a teen crapfest should be. But at least there will be some significant eye candy.
