Shady, recently arrested Jan Adams is done as a doctor in California.

The DUI-prone plastic surgeon's doctor's license has EXPIRED.

"The California Department of Consumer Affairs — who oversees the Medical Board — sent Adams a letter on May 21, telling him he had 30 days to pay his child support or he would lose his license to practice."

That didn't happen!

Kanye West will certainly be pleased.

A spokesperson for the California Medical Board said, "As of midnight last night, he is not allowed to practice medicine in California."

Good riddance!

How SHADY that he won't even pay his own child support!

If Adams pays up, he could have his medical license reinstated.

But, at this point, will he get any patients????

That shady doctor, Jan Adams, who operated on Kanye West's mom just before she died, was arrested early Thursday morning for drunk driving.

This is his third DUI related arrest since 2003.

Foolish!

Absolutely IDIOTIC.

According to a report, officers saw Adams' 2004 gray Jag XJ8 driving the wrong way up an off ramp on the 605 freeway just outside Benicia, Calif.

How Nicole Richie of him!

After failing a field sobriety test, he was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving, driving the wrong way and driving on a suspended license (ANOTHER unnecessary offense).

He's currently in the Solano County Jail awaiting bail.

We hope no one comes to bail his sorry ass out!

He should just retire!

According to TV's Extra, the doctor involved in the death of Kayne West's mother, Donda, has a delinquent medical license.

He's still practicing? People are still going to him????????

Dr. Jan Adam's medical license has become delinquent as of Wednesday, April 30th.

An information officer from the medical board states that if physicians "do not renew their license within six months of the expiration date, they must stop practicing immediately. If the license is not renewed within five years, it is cancelled by operation of law."

Let's hope Dr. Adam doesn't renew his medical license!

Dramz went down on Larry King Live Tuesday night!

The plastic surgeon with a shady past, Jan Adams, was walked off the show after explaining that lawyers for Kanye West contacted him and asked the doc not to talk, even if it wasn't related to the rapper's deceased mother, who died hours after being operated by him.

Such a drama queen, he is!

Adams couldn't have just phoned in and cancelled? He had to walk off on air????

As for Kanye, he was in Oklahoma City on Tuesday, where he emotionally laid to rest the body of his dearly departed mother.

West is expected in London on Thursday to resume his European tour.

The plastic surgeon blamed by many for the death of Kanye West's mother is beginning his media assault to attempt to clean up his image.

He's got a lot of work to do!

Jan Adams has lost multiple malpractice suits, has been arrested for DUI multiple times, has been accused of sexual assault and settled that case, and his ex-wife took out a restraining order against him.

Tonight, the shady doc will be on Larry King Live.

On Monday, he spoke to the Los Angeles Times for this interview, which ran today.

Adams speculates that Kanye's mom may have accidentally overdosed on painkillers.

The dirty Dr. also asserts, "When she left this office, there was no problem whatsoever."

Adams claims he knows "exactly" what caused Donda West's death but he is refusing to comment until he sees the coroner's report in a few weeks.

Of the multiple malpractice suits against him, Jan defends himself by saying, "Yes, there have been some malpractice suits, but 99% of them are what we in this business call nuisance suits."

Many of the suits, he claims, were the result of patients not being happy with the way a scar healed, though they had been warned about how it might look.

"When you look at the suits critically, what you find is those people who sue are those people who couldn't afford it in the first place," Adams says. " And so they're trying to recoup their money and they're looking for anything wrong."

Typical!

Dr. Jan Adams is a superstar!

This week, we learned that the plastic surgeon who operated on Kanye's mom before she died has lost multiple malpractice suits, has been arrested for DUI multiple times, has been accused of sexual assault and settled that case and his ex-wife took out a restraining order against him.

Now, he's officially a wanted man!

A judge issued a warrant for Dr. Adam's arrest on Friday after he failed to show up for a previously scheduled court hearing today in relation to yet another malpractice suit.

He better hop on the next plane out of the country!

Any way you paint it, he's fucked.

It's already been established that he's….

1) Been arrested for DUI multiple times
2) Has many many many malpractice lawsuits against him, several of which he's lost
3) He's been accused of sexual assault and settled the case

And, now, even more damning….

Jan's ex-wife, Susie Field, accused him of brutality.

According to court documents, Adams assaulted Fields both physically and verbally.

The shady doc even threatened to KILL her!

Jan better be packing his bags and get out of LA. He's not welcomed here anymore.
