That shady doctor, Jan Adams, who operated on Kanye West’s mom just before she died, was arrested early Thursday morning for drunk driving.

This is his third DUI related arrest since 2003.

According to a report, officers saw Adams’ 2004 gray Jag XJ8 driving the wrong way up an off ramp on the 605 freeway just outside Benicia, Calif.

After failing a field sobriety test, he was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving, driving the wrong way and driving on a suspended license (ANOTHER unnecessary offense).

He’s currently in the Solano County Jail awaiting bail.

We hope no one comes to bail his sorry ass out!
