It looks like she'll never amount to more than being on the Z-list and going to rehab.

In fact, she's determined to go to rehab - but one that's televised on VH1.

Really, could it be that she's seeking some sort of fame????

Her stint on Idol didn't work. The sex tape didn't work. We only like her for being a fuck-up!

Unfortunately for Sierra, a Hillsborough judge has forbidden her from participating on Dr. Drew Pinsky's Celebrity Rehab - again.

She has been ordered not to give any interviews or even to appear before any cameras during her year stay at a California rehab facility. She'll also have to remain 100 yards away from cameras at all times.

Poor Jess, that means no making pornos either, we bet.

Sierra was originally charged on cocaine possession and battery.

Her attorney, John Fitzgibbons, is set to return to court on Thursday to beg the judge for some leaway.

As for appearing on part two of the Z-list celebrity rehab show, her attorney argued that he "think[s] she's getting a huge amount of counseling for free," and that it couldn't hurt her career if she were to stay in the limelight.

Wait, what career?

Also in attendance this Thursday, along with Sierra's attorney, will be Dr. Drew.

How sweet.

Dr. Drew will be at the hearing to update the judge on Jessica's progress.

Jessica Sierra is coming to Cali!

The pregnant sex tape star and fallen Idol has been granted a travel permit for up to 45 days by a Florida judge to come to Pasadena and enroll in Dr. Drew's rehab facility.

If California officials do not allow her to stay there, she will have to go back to Tampa.

The recovery center is prepared to admit her, but the California Department of Probation will not accept her transfer on an emergency basis. The department will consider a transfer on a nonemergency basis, which could take 45 days.

Jessypoo is under court orders NOT to talk to the media.

Bummer!

"You are not a celebrity; you are a drug addict," the judge told her.

But most celebrities are drug addicts!

Disgraced Idol Jessica Sierra was released from jail on Tuesday.

She thought she was going to hop on a plane and go directly to Dr. Drew's rehab in California, where a Florida judge ordered she must stay for a year.

However, Jess' plans just changed. Cali don't want her!

Fallen Idol Jessica Sierra appeared on Tyra today in a pre-taped interview.

She talked about her substance abuse issues, being raped, making a sex tape to feed her drug habit and her mother's secret past as an escort and overdose.

Sierra will star in Vh1's Celebrity Rehab starting this week. It didn't work for her.

She's out of jail!

Jessica Sierra received a break from a judge in Florida today.

The American Idol alum and sex tape star was given three years probation AND forced to do one year in rehab.

Sierra was arrested in December again for getting into a fight at a bar.

Speaking of rehab, Jess is going to appear on VH1's Celebrity Rehab, which she taped last year. That obviously didn't work for her.

Hopefully this time's a charm.

Out of control American Idol alum, Jessica Sierra is at it again!

The wild child will soon be seen on VH1's Celebrity Rehab, but until then her trashy ass is sitting cozy in jail.

Sierra is currently facing two misdemeanor charges of disorderly intoxication and obstructing or opposing an officer and two felony counts of possession of cocaine and battery.
