She's out of jail!

Jessica Sierra received a break from a judge in Florida today.

The American Idol alum and sex tape star was given three years probation AND forced to do one year in rehab.

Sierra was arrested in December again for getting into a fight at a bar.

Speaking of rehab, Jess is going to appear on VH1's Celebrity Rehab, which she taped last year. That obviously didn't work for her.

Hopefully this time's a charm.

Oh, yeah, she's also pregnant now. Woo hoo!

Fallen Idol Jessica Sierra is pregnant and in jail, but she's still making headlines!

New footage from her just-released sex tape shows Sierra talking trash about all her former Idol contestants, including which one she hooked up with and almost beating up Carrie Underwood.

Out of control American Idol alum, Jessica Sierra is at it again!

The wild child will soon be seen on VH1's Celebrity Rehab, but until then her trashy ass is sitting cozy in jail.

AND she's sperminated!

Sierra is currently facing two misdemeanor charges of disorderly intoxication and obstructing or opposing an officer and two felony counts of possession of cocaine and battery.

The father is some rapper dude.

Oh, and did we mention she has a sex tape coming out????
