We're so proud!

We have repeatedly labeled Julian Perretta one of the "Breakout Stars of 2009" and "The Next Big Thing", and he didn't even have any music out yet!

Well, that's all about to change as the 20-year-old is finally getting ready to release his debut album of pop/soul jams!

We are thrilled and honored to present the exclusive debut of his first-ever music video for Wonder Why!

When we posted the song back in February, the reaction was so instant and positive, it was overwhelming!

It pains us that Julian Perretta's album won't be coming out until the fall - too far from now! - so we've been playing the few songs of his we've been able to snag on repeat.

They're soooooo damn good!

We've named Julian one of our three musical acts to watch in 2009, and if you've been paying attention, then you've heard Wonder Why and also Ride My Star, which we've previously posted.

Chocolate Soup is yet another gem from this insanely talented musician. It's like a warm cup of cocoa. We can't get enough!

Every once in a while, a musician comes along that you just can't get enough of. Julian Perretta is one of those such artists.

His album isn't even expected to come out until this summer, yet we can't stop playing the few songs we've gotten our hands on. He's that good!

Like a breath of fresh air, Julian sounds unlike anything else out there right now. Real songs, with real instruments, great production, great lyrics, a killer voice, hooks, melodies, just great all-around. Like his song Ride My Star.

Skillfully inhabiting a world that encompasses soul, pop and '70s nostalgia, his music reflects the maturity of an accomplished, seasoned musician.

We know we effusively praise a lot of (really good) artists, but we can't recommend Julian enough!!!!
