For some reason, despite the absence of Katherine Heigl and the seldom appearance of Ellen Pompeo, fans still seem to be interested in Grey's Anatomy.

For all of you still watching, we have some news for you that we think will excite you - Kate Walsh is returning to fill the leading lady void!

Coming in January, Addison will make her return to Seattle Grace to help Mark Sloan (played by the delicious Eric Dane) with a special patient. Once she's done in Seattle, then she will be bring Mark back with her L.A., completing the transition of the annual crossover.

That should add some life into the dull show.

Kate Walsh was looking none-to-pretty as she left a friend's house with neither her hair or makeup done.

We'll credit her with amazing skin, but girl really needs to touch up her eyes. A little lipstick wouldn't kill you either. And, of course, the drowned rat has not now, nor never been a good look for anyone.

She is really getting dragged through the mud!!!

A judge has ruled that Alex Young, Kate Walsh's opportunist ex-husband, can make ABC president Stephen McPherson sit for a deposition and be grilled regarding Walsh's financial prospects at the network.

The couple were only married 14 months!!!!!!!

"It's as if Manny Ramirez was getting divorced and the first deposition they want to take is the president of ESPN," said an ABC lawyer, who claims that Young is harassing the Private Practice star and the network with money in mind.

Single women, beware!!!

This is why pre-nups were invented!!!!

Kate Walsh's estranged husband, Alex Young, is going after her supposed bundle of hidden cash like Kate Moss after…well, you know what, determined to get 50/50 of everything in their divorce.

So he's going after Walsh's boss, president of ABC Stephen McPherson, his lawyer sniffing around for potential paychecks that Walsh may receive as part of bonuses and future projects.

All this for only 14 months of marriage.

Actress Kate Walsh's ex, non-celeb Alex Young, is an asshole.

He is after her money hardcore and has subpoenaed the President of Disney/ABC Television, Stephen McPherson, to testify about Walsh and her finances. Young's lawyers think McPherson is essential to his case that Kate is withholding certain assets acquired during their barely year-long marriage.

You think the guy has time to be familiar with every person in his company's finances?

McPherson and Disney lawyers are working on getting the motion denied as McPherson was not the acting President of the company when Kate started Private Practice and claims Young is "harassing" McPherson.

The Disney peeps are willing to send someone else in McPherson's place.

We have a feeling the Disney people are gonna win this one, as will Kate, in the end.

Kate Walsh is doing all she can to keep her greedy soon-to-be ex hubby, Alex Young, away from her hard-earned money.

The star of Private Practice filed legal documents on Monday at the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles in order to prevent her hubby from receiving alimony payments.

Walsh and Young got married back in September 2007, though they separated just a year later.

The documents filed also ask the court to give Walsh's legal team more time to further evaluate her property assests and fortune.

Let's hope Kate gets to keep her money. They were barely married!

The usually lovely looking Kate Walsh seems to be having a less than glamorous day yesterday.

Walsh was spotted in Los Angeles on Wednesday arriving at a local church. They have meetings there of various kinds.

And she went looking like she just stepped out of some poor version of the 80's.

With her torn, rolled up jeans, that shirt, the sneakers, and her purse, we could hardly tell it was Walsh.

Is her current divorce from that "straight" hubby of hers affecting her that much?

Let's hope not!

Time to move on and snag someone better.

TV star Kate Walsh is the March covergirl for Redbook magazine and - for the first time since her divorce and quickie marriage - opens up to the media about that tough period in her life.

On her divorce, Kate told the mag, "I don't think anyone gets married thinking that they will get divorced. We certainly did not. Alex and I still care for each other, and I wish him nothing but the best. The silver lining to this, however, is that I have a wonderful family and a great group of friends who really showed their support and encouragement, and for that I am truly grateful.

Kate was only married 15-months! But it is Hollywood, so its equivalent in 'real people' time is probably three years.

She also revealed that, like us all, she deals with bouts of insecurity:"I second-guess myself all the time. I make a decision and then wonder if I made the wrong choice. Sometimes I come off as confident, but really I am a quivering little wharf rat underneath who is radically insecure and deeply in need of love and understand."

Kate also quips about something all us single people are dealing with in this new age. Technology has really turned dating on its head.

"Remember when you could mildly stalk a guy? Not anymore, man. They can be at your front door in five minutes. There's just no mystery now," said Kate.

And, if you aren't careful, the other party can probably 'see' that you're stalking them!
