Sharon Osbourne is taking a well deserved break!
The Talk co-host is taking a hiatus from the daytime talk show in the wake of a frightening incident.
On Friday, the 62-year-old collapsed in her El Lay home after returning from a trip to New York and Toronto last week!
A rep for explained that the star's "grueling" schedule was to blame:
"Upon her return she collapsed from mental and physical fatigue. Her doctors report that she is suffering from 'extreme exhaustion' and assessed that she most likely returned to work too soon after being hospitalized recently for pneumonia.
Yikes! It sounds like some rest & relaxation is exactly what she needs! The statement continues:
"Sharon has been advised and has agreed to to take a month hiatus to recover fully from these recent events. Sharon would like to thank everyone at The Talk for granting her this time off and to all friends, family and others for their incredible support."
Kelly Osbourne's momma has been on The Talk since it began back in 2010.
We hope Sharon rests up well on her much needed time off!

Oh the shade!!
On Tuesday, Melissa Rivers sat down with Hoda Kotb at the 92nd Street Y to discuss her book The Book of Joan: Tales of Mirth, Mischief, and Manipulation — and it seems she had a lot to say about Kathy Griffin!
When asked about her mom Joan Rivers' replacement on Fashion Police, Melissa had no problem pulling out the shade.
In honor of Mother's Day, Time magazine has posted its annual Letters From Mom feature, which publishes open letters from influential mothers to their children.
"Every day, I wake up thinking about how much I love, admire and cherish each of you. I gave birth to two of you, but I have four incredible daughters. Writing this brought to mind all the ways you guys have been such a blessing to me."
She went on to address each one individually, explaining to Kelly and Angie that, while they aren't biologically her children, she loves them as if they are.
Tina also admired Solange's individuality:
"I knew when you were born three days late that you would walk to the beat of your own drum. You were always my rebel warrior! Always defending the underdog and fighting for what you believe in."
She even had a very special message for Beyonce and her Beyhive:
This is just so sad!
We thought this classic show was coming back to television, but the project seems to have crashed and burned!
The Osbournes TV series was seemingly coming back in the form of a reboot, but the re-making of this classic reality show is apparently dead in the water!
We're not sure exactly why the former MTV series won't be appearing on VH1 but the Executive VP of original programming and production at VH1, Susan Levison, said:
If anybody can make having colorful hair super chic it's definitely Kelly Osbourne, who's had purple locks for so long that we're almost convinced it's her natural hue! Ha!
The former Fashion Police co-host attended the 37th Annual AAFA American Image Awards in New York on Monday night sleekly attired and impeccably coiffed.
With all the risks she takes, it's no wonder she was given the Fashion Maverick Award at the event!
The 30-year-old's black-and-white print peplum top and sleek maxi skirt elongated her frame and made her look like a veritable supermodel!
Check out Kelly's award (below)!
It's about time!
While Giuliana Rancic announced that she was going back to Fashion Police last week, it's only fair that the one person who wasn't actually involved in the scandal got to confirm that he was returning too.
Giuliana appeared on Access Hollywood Live! on Wednesday and told the world that she knows that Brad Goreski will be accompanying her on the panel, but didn't say if she knew who else would be with them.
But not only was the 40-year-old co-host pumped for the E! series to return in the Fall, she seemed pretty happy with the controversy as a whole, saying:
