Kirstie Alley: Energy More Important Than Weight

Kirstie Alley knows a thing or two about dieting and exercising.

A former yo-yo dieter, she has finally really leveled out and found a system that works for her.

It's not all about some number on a scale for her!

She said:

"I’m really happy, and that’s sort of the biggest key. What I’ve discovered is energy is the most important thing to me. I want to have a lot of energy and be very strong and be able to do anything I want to do. That makes me happier. I need to be at a certain weight to do that and I need to be on the lean side."

So she wants to be happy and have energy in her everyday life, and being fit is key!

Now she eats an all organic diet and can feel the difference, saying:

"I did a lot of research and found our food is laced with chemicals, hormones, antibiotics. That just didn’t exist before. [Our food] is laced with GMOs, which are proven not to digest well and create food allergies."

So she's happy and healthy all from eating a healthy diet and exercising regularly!

It's the secret we've all known all along!

A woman had spent much of her adult life as a seriously obese person.

It affected every aspect of her life, but most importability, her health. At 427-pounds, she knew it was time for action.

Wanting to be there for her family, she decided to change her life, so she got a gastric bypass!

After the procedure, she began working out, slowly getting more and more intense.

She learned to run, then realized she wanted to learn to swim!
