It's sad when couples use babies to try to keep their marriages intact!

Babies aren't bargaining chips!

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony have both expressed enthusiasm for making some siblings for their twins, but a source says that all is not as it seems.

"…These two have serious, serious issues. Jennifer feels like Marc is holding her career back, and she was sick of his social butterfly mentality while she stayed at home with the twins. There are times when she’s had it, and close to ending it. She’ll throw down her ring and say, 'That’s it.' But when Marc realizes he’s about to lose her, he comes right back to Mommy. She enhances his life — she’s a huge star and good for him, and he does love her. And really, all their fighting makes for some fiery passion in the bedroom."

But even if they manage to stabilize their marriage, Marc might have to trade the microphone for a mop, since Jenny "will never give up the red carpet, and certainly doesn’t want to be barefoot and pregnant, locked down or locked up. She wants to give [1-year-olds Max and Emme] siblings, but she loves the attention of the spotlight. She does not want to be a stay-at-home mom."

Sounds like they shouldn't have had kids in the first place!

Kate Moss, Marc Anthony, and Jennifer Lopez attended the Topshop/Topman dinner at Balthazar to celebrate the flagship store opening in New York City on Wednesday night.

It looks like Skeletor was trying to initiate a threesome with Cokate and J. Lo, but you know the Latina Diva was having none of that shiz!

The sex tape would be a train wreck, with Cokate making love to a mirror, Skeletor too anemic to get it up, and J. Lo desperately flashing her wedding band.

The attention-seeking couple nabbed a fellow diner's baby girl and posed outside for paps praying for a shot to be snapped.

That poor baby does not look happy!!

She's probs freaked out by Skeletor's boney hands gripping onto her!

Despite the fact that Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony's marriage might be on the rocks, that won't stop them from making a quick buck together.

The "happily married" couple is suing mad!

It seems British baby carriage manufacturer Silver Cross has been using a photo in ads of Jenny and Skeletor pushing their twins around in their strollers.

And since the multi-million-dollar couple didn't agree to that or get a dime from the use of their image, they've decided to sue for trademark infringement in federal court yesterday.

The suit claims Silver Cross used their photograph online and also in ads without their consent, in turn deceiving the public into "believing that Lopez and Anthony endorse and sponsor" the company.

Somehow we doubt anyone is gonna buy a stroller because Skeletor and P Diddy's ex are pushing it around. Do people even care about these two anymore?

As for the lawsuit, they're seeking $5 million in damages, along with a permanent injunction against the company ever using their names and images.

Oh, and they also want any money that may have resulted from the use of their images.

Marc Anthony held a special Valentine's Day concert at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Saturday night.

His wife, Jennifer Lopez, was there and even made an appearance onstage - bring out their babies, Max and Emme.

Look, J. Lo is even wearing her wedding ring! And smiling!!

La Lopez watched the concert from the side with her former manager, Benny Medina.

Those babies look just like their father!

Possible Scientologist Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony turned up the attention whore factor with their Diabetes-inducing PDA at the Western Ball Tuesday night in DC.

The couple performed a duet, gazing into each other eyes and kissing at the end. Singing She Sang To Me, Marc even claimed to have written the song for J. Lo.

Barf!

We're sure they went back to their hotel room and beat each other up a la RoHan.

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony attended the 2009 Latino Inaugural Gala at Union Station in Washington, D.C. last night, Sunday.

The couple appeared conspicuously cuddly on the red carpet.

And, look! Jenny from the Block decided to wear her wedding ring!

Because it matched the dress!!!!!! (And not for some desperately desired attention, of course.)

Ah! The "passion" of Latin love!

Apparently the arguments between Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony escalate into pitching practice, with the couple going "bananas" and throwing various household items at each other.

J. Lo doesn't like the hos calling the house after Skeletor and Skeletor doesn't like bumping with Jen's post-baby body. Hey, she just had twins!

But, that's okay, a source says that the couple just "love hard" so "they fight hard" - natch.

How long until the couple will be filing for divorce?
