Last night, the talented M.I.A. and her fiance attended Time's 100 Most Influential People in the World Gala at Lincoln Centre in New York City. And it's hard to believe that she gave birth to her baby boy, Ikhyd Edgar Arular Bronfman, just two months ago - cuz she is definitely looking HOT! Check out those legs! The always eccentric Bjork was spotted in New York City shopping up a storm this past weekend. Unfortunately, she was doing so without the help of a stylist. Clearly! The singer, not a fan of the paparazzi, must not have noticed she was being hosed by the photogs. Maybe those sunglasses blocked her vision somewhat? Only Bjork would go out dressed like that! As we mentioned last week, Amy Winehouse will not be performing at this year's Coachella music festival. The reason? Not surprisingly, she's been denied a work visa due to all her legal troubles. However, we do have some good news about Amy's replacement! M.I.A. has been booked for the second night of Coachella and will take the stage on April 18th. That's pretty surprising considering she just gave birth last month. But there's no stopping a real musician. Thankfully she didn't retire, like she had mentioned last year! M.I.A. and fiance Benjamin Brewer's baby's name has been discovered! So what's the true name of the baby formally known as Ickitt? Ikhyd! Ikhyd Edgar Arular Bronfman, to be exact. Although the pronunciation is similar, we much rather prefer Ikhyd to Ickitt! What do U think of M.I.A.'s unusual choice in name??? So guess what M.I.A. decided to name her new baby boy with fiance Benjamin Brewer? Ickitt! Yup, the the baby's name is Ickitt! By naming her son thus, she has taken the crown of Worst Name from [Fill In Your Favorite] We tried to see if the name has any sort of significance, but a Google search turned up nothing of the sort. Really - Ickitt? Although, this is M.I.A. we're talking about here! Can anybody shed light on the meaning of the name???  Do you like the baby's name?

For goodness sake, the woman just had a baby! According to reports, the Oscar people are desperate for songstress M.I.A. to rally like she did for the Grammys. They reeeeaally want her to sing the Oscar nominated song O Saya from Slumdog Millionaire at the show Sunday night. The producers allegedly offered the new mom a "large bed" to sing from onstage. Ha! One of the producers said, "We'll make it as easy for her as we can." The UK's Guardian paper reports that the Oscar peeps are also considering her request to appear via hologram a la Will.I.Am on CNN. As we mentioned this past weekend, the lovely M.I.A. finally gave birth to a healthy baby boy last Wednesday. However, the tot has yet to receive a name, or at least one hasn't been revealed publicly.. But, here comes a surprise. M.I.A. has yet to publicly release any photos of her or her baby boy since giving birth. However, one of her friends has put the baby's photo up on MySpace!!! M.I.A. sent a message out to some people yesterday and one of them happened to be her friend, MC Afrikan Boy. Afrikan Boy took to his personal blog and just posted the following message along with the photo:
