Talk about bad timing!

Miley Cyrus may have looked hot last night at the Maxim Hot 100 party, but her makeup? Not so much.

The #1 hottie's glam squad went a little overboard with the powder, which left Mileybird with a mouth-full of white powder!

Oops.

It's OK Miley, it happens to the best of them!

Just remember to have your peeps snap a pic before you leave the house next time!

She annihilated the competition, and now we see why!

Miley Cyrus was one sexy lady at the Maxim Hot 100 Party in Los Angeles Wednesday night at Create Nightclub.

She set the red green carpet on fire in her black Valentino jumpsuit, with a sexy white bow in the back, and black Saint Laurent heels.

Just before arriving, she wrote an ode to Valentino on her Twitter, saying:

Both ladies wore similar fishnet gowns, but we wanna know…

It's Maxim's Hottest Woman of the Year!

Miley Cyrus certainly committed to the Met Gala punk theme, although her fishnet Marc Jacobs gown was worn by Kate Moss before.

Couldn't Marc get her something totally fresh and new to wear?!

For that alone, we have to take some points off.

And even though she totally pulls off the spiked and frosted hair, it was a predictable move, and still doesn't make up for the recycled dress.

We expected better, Mileybird!

Miley Cyrus is this summer's QUEEN of provocative, skin-baring magazine covers!

That's right! We're not just talking about her recent spreads for Elle UK or V Magazine!

In fact, she's managed to trump BOTH of those by taking to Twitter to reveal that she landed the #1 spot on Maxim Magazine's "Hot 100" of 2013…and share a FEROSH snap from the sexy photoshoot!

She wrote:

While most pixie haired celebs will eventually grow out their tresses, Miley Cyrus is in it for the long haul.

The V magazine cover girl said of her cropped coif:

"It’s crazy because every day, your hair is different when it’s short. Every day I wake up, and I get something new. So it’s fun! It’s 100% the best bed head you could ever have. You wake up and you feel pretty good, or if you don’t, you slap on a little Valentino pin and you’re like, 'Okay, I’m cute today!'"

We were secretly hoping for a return of the infamous Miley bun, but it sounds like that's out of the question for now.

Oh well. Short hair, don't care!
