Hey hey now! Brenda Song got a new man!!

Earlier this year, the Disney star was caught making out with her on and off again boyfriend Trace Cyrus by his sister Miley Cyrus, but after a few months passed, it looks like Brenda is officially not with Trace anymore.

Yesterday, Mis Song was spotted holding hands with a mystery man while leaving the Tracy Anderson gym in El Lay, and considering that her ex-man was tatted up like a newspaper, it's weird to see that the 25-year-old actress is with someone, well, normal. LOLz

We do, however, think Brenda and her new lovah look good together, and we can only hope that this relationship isn't troubled like her last one!!

Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus have been going through it lately, but that never stopped the Hunger Games actor from going to the gym to work on his arms!

On Thursday, Hemsworth popped out of a gym in West Hollywood in a tank top, and even though we got a good look at his sizzling biceps, the expression on his face was a bit sad.

Taking into mind that Mileybird just revealed that she's putting music over everything, which obviously means Liam too, we're thinking he was down in the dumps.

Aww man! Guess a wedding is no longer in order.

At least the 23-year-old actor can still pump iron to get his mind off of things!!

With 3 people confirmed dead and at least 154 people injured from the Boston Marathon explosions, celebs such as Kim Kardashian, Nicki Minaj and Alicia Keys are taking to their Twitter to send out their love and prayers.

It's not yet clear who is responsible for the bombings, but while it's investigated, #prayforboston has become Twitter's top trend.

While Liam Hemsworth is currently dealing with DRAMz with Miley Cyrus, he decided that working off his stress would be best for him!

The possible Raven star was spotted leaving a gym in West Hollywood yesterday, and considering that his fiancé is actually thinking about having an open relationship, he seemed very chipper.

We're glad that Liam and Mileybird are working things out, but we're not sure if letting others into their lives is gonna make for a good relationship — especially if the actor spends a lot of his time at the gym probably looking at women in yoga pants. LOLz

Because we all know how much of a distraction spandex can be!

If we had to write an open letter to deter one of our talented youths from smoking, it'd look something like this! Check it:

Dear Miley Cyrus,

Smoking is unhealthy and gross! We wish you would stop — we really like you and don't want to see anything bad happen to your health down the road. It isn't worth it!

Quentin Tarantino was spotted out and about in Hollywood yesterday.

When it comes to the celebrity fitness club, Tarantino isn't a regular like Russell Brand, Miley Cyrus or Kim Kardashian.

So it's extra great to see Tarantino out for a jog!

It was overcast and a little chilly (damn El Lay winter) but that didn't stop Quentin!

He knows that his creative brain is his money maker, and your brain can't run at its peak if your body is falling apart.

So he got his workout on!

Health, happiness and violent screenplays are just some of the things jogging could bring your way.

Especially if you're Quentin Tarantino! LOLz!

Way to get out there and pound the pavement!
