Julie Creffield is a blogger and jogger from the U.K. and she's a fighter against inequality.
She uses herself as an example to prove wrong anyone who says that fat women can't run marathons.
Basically, after struggling to get into shape and doing some short distance fun runs, Julie decided to buckle down and sign up for the 2012 London marathon.
What pushed her to do something so drastic? She said:
Jenny Trout is a blogger, a comedian and a big, beautiful woman!
But she decided to make a crazy New Year's resolution: she was gonna wear a bikini to the beach this summer!
She found that after telling people, most conversations went like this, with her writing:
Adam Richman, star of Man v. Food, dug himself a pretty deep hole recently.
What should've been Adam and his fans celebrating his 70-pound weight loss on Instagram, turned into a shi*tstorm!
We previously mentioned that he accidentally used the hashtag "#thinspiration" to promote his weight loss, not realizing it was usually a pro-anorexia, pro-bulimia thing.
So Instagram users called him out, and he fired back angrily, even basically telling one person to kill themselves!
A woman named Bonnie was stuck in her home, bedridden for seven years, due to the fact that she weighed 600-pounds.
Thankfully, life coach Iyanla Vanzant went to Bonnie and through her show Iyanla: Fix My Life, she did something amazing for Bonnie.
She helped her leave her house and get some fresh air outside!!
New Jersey governor Chris Christie has been under all sorts of criticism since taking office.
Some of the more inappropriate criticisms have been about his weight.
A doctor said that Christie was so overweight it's only a matter of time before he has a heart attack.
Gov. Christie responded that his young children asked if he was going to die after they heard the doc say he could die in office.
That's just awful! This doc didn't even examine him or anything.
The ladies of The View tackled the issue and actually stepped up to defend the governor!
The most outspoken in his defense was Whoopi Goldberg!

The ladies of The View got fired up, as they so often do, over a sensitive issue: sin taxes.
These "sin taxes" are basically taxes on things like sugary soft drinks that are meant to discourage people from buying them.
The whole idea is that obese people tend to buy less healthy foods and their obesity racks up billions of dollars in healthcare.
Melissa Joan Hart was there as a guest host but barely got a word in because things started to get a little heated.
The main problem is that some of the more unhealthy foods are actually way cheaper than the healthy stuff.
So a family on a budget could really run into some trouble with these proposed taxes.
