Blake Lively's onetime beau and Gossip Girl co-star, Penn Badgley, claims that he wishes all the best for his ex after marrying ripped hottie Ryan Reynolds, but that doesn't mean he sent the couple any bath accesories for tying the knot!!!

In fact, Penn didn't even send Blake flowers!

When asked about whether or not he gave a gift for his ex and her new man he simply replied:

"No, I didn't"

BURN!!!!

But maybe not??!

While being co-stars following their breakup in 2010 could've been awkward, Penn remembers a peaceful and professional environment.

The Greetings From Tim Buckley star dished:

The Gossip Girl star says it was a surprise but a magical one! She says:

"We weren't planning on getting pregnant, so right now we're just enjoying being pregnant."

So who is the "we" there? The baby daddy is none other than Michael Fitzpatrick- "Fitz" of Fitz & The Tantrums!

Poor Kelly Rutherford!!!

The Gossip Girl actress is on the "brink of bankruptcy" because of a ongoing custody battle for her kids that shows no signs of stopping!

Rutherford has a son named Hermes and a daughter named Helena who live with their father Daniel Giersch in Monaco.

And even though the mother shares joint custody with her ex - a judge ruled last summer that her children should live primarily with their father, and Rutherford barely gets to see them!

Our lovely, scruffy-haired Penn Badgley is waxing intellectual once again.

While the majority of Gossip Girl fans were fine suspending disbelief for entertainment (it's not like the CW hit ever said they were Mad Men), Penn apparently represents those who thought it was TOO rooted in fantasy to take it seriously.

He tells New York Magazine:

Neither the VOICE of Gossip Girl, Kristen Bell, nor her secret identity, Penn Badgley, think that surprise revelation at the very end of the CW series' six season run makes ANY SENSE at all!

In fact, the only explanation Lonely Boy himself can come up with is that he was SCHIZOPHRENIC!

The actor, who is busy promoting his new flick Greetings From Tim Buckley, gave an interview recently where he basically admitted

Hooray for Team …VAIR!?!

Things seem to be going strong for the romance of Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr.

The former Gossip Girl stars were spotted at LAX when paps snapped a pic of Jess hugging Ed as she dropped him off for his flight (above).

Ed's latest project, another film adaptation of Romeo & Juliet, showcases the actor's talents as the bad guy once again. But honestly, Tybalt's never been hotter!

DIZZAAMMM, PENN!!! Looking AH-MAZING!!!!

Penn Badgley, whom we totes knew was Gossip Girl all along (lol okay not really, it shocked us), brought his beautiful self out to the Tribeca Film Festival for the premiere of his latest, Greetings from Tim Buckley!!

Greetings, indeed!! Mr. Badgley looked great allllll up and down that red carpet!! Werk it, Penn!

We got a delightful taste of Penn's serious vocal skillz in the Greetings from Tim Buckley trailer, but even if his voice didn't shock us with it's awesomeness we would STILL see the film because of his complete physical drool-worthyness!! LOLz!
