FAIL! Teen Arrested Over Nude Facebook Photo

| Filed under: Icky Icky PooWacky, Tacky & TrueBusted!Tech TalkQuaids

teen arrested over nude facebook photo

This may be the most ridiculous arrest ever…and it didn't even involve the Quaids!

18-year-old Angelica Nicholson has landed herself in jail after calling 911 because Facebook wasn't moving fast enough to remove her nude photo from the site.

In an effort to expedite the photo removal process, Nicholson told the police that she was a minor, and was arrested after they learned she was lying to them.

Apparently, the woman allowed a "male acquaintance" to send a nude photo she took of herself in front of a mirror to his phone, BUT THEN that man's girlfriend found the photo and posted it on her own Facebook page.

Several angry text messages later, Nicholson made a misguided call to the police, and was arrested for "false reporting."

There are SO many things wrong with this story, but when it comes to down to it, she would have been better off if she hadn't taken the nude photo in the first place!

Randy Quaid's Wife Misses Court Date…AGAIN

quaids-miss-a-court-hearing-and-lose-their-lawyer__opt.jpg

How many times has been this now? One, two, a bajillion??

Randy Quaid's wife, Evi, has missed yet another court date, which means yet another warrant is out for her arrest.

She failed to appear for a probation hearing on Thursday in Santa Barbara as she and her husband remain in Canada. They are seeking asylum from from the "Hollywood star-whackers."

At Thursday's hearing, their lawyer, Robert Sanger, withdrew from the case and declined to comment.

Smart move.

Evi indicated that she didn't want to leave her husband in Canada to go deal with the case in California. She now faces a new $100,000 arrest warrant.

You can't run forever.

Canada Saved The Quaids' Lives From Hollywood Star Whackers

quaids say canada saved their lives

Canada should get a medal or something for saving the delusional Quaids' lives!

Randy Quaid and wife Evi are crediting Canada for saving their lives from "Hollywood Star Whackers" who they believe are hunting them.

Looks like they're trying to get in Canada's good graces, in an effort to convince their Immigration and Refugee board to give them refugee status.

Here's what Randy had to say about it:

"I feel good. If it wasn't for Canada's refugee laws my wife and I would be dead."

Randy is currently going through two separate hearings with Canada's immigration board, which are as follows:

- To determine his refugee claim

- Determine whether he is admissible to Canada

If things don't go well for Randy, they'll deport him back to the U.S.

Does Canada really want to deal with the Quaids on a permanent basis? We have our suspicions we'll be seeing them back in the U.S. soon.

Do U think Canada should give the Quaids refugee status?

The Quaids Miss ANOTHER Court Hearing AND They Lose Their Lawyer!

quaids miss a court hearing and lose their lawyer

Why'd you miss the court hearing this time, Quaids? Star-whackers threaten you? Randy's brother Dennis threaten you? Is your old Vacation castmate Chevy Chase threatening you this time, Randy? What's the deal?

Randy and Evi Quaid missed their newest courthouse appearance in Santa Barbara, and they've forfeited another $1 million bail.

Warrants for both of their arrests are still very much in effect.

The Quaids' lawyer, Bob Sanger, told the court that he hates his life the couple missed the hearing because Randy's passport was confiscated by Canadian authorities.

Sanger also told the court that he would no longer be representing the Quaids, but he'd relay the court's order to the couple as if it matters.

Evi Quaid is scheduled to return to court on Dec 16 for a parole violation. We'll be shocked if she shows up, or if either of the Quaids show up for any court dates ever again.

Do U think the Quaids will ever resolve ANY of their legal issues?
