It's never too early to start training for American Ninja Warrior.

That's what 5-year-old Lylah proved by completing one of the most badass backyard training courses we've ever seen!

Strong contender for Dad of the Year Gavin MacCall built an incredibly elaborate training course for his daughter to climb — including wooden planks, balance beams, a cargo climb, and a zip line!

But traversing through all those obstacles isn't exactly playtime, as the tyke is training for the Junior Ninja Warrior Competition. (Which is not an actual thing, but don't tell Lylah that…)

In a video, Gavin records the future Jessi Graff speeding through the course with terrific commentary, along with stuffed animal fans cheering her on. If she keeps up this rigorous training, Lylah will grow into one fierce ANW competitor!

The network's new fall schedule will include Bull starring Michael Weatherly; Kevin Can Wait starring Kevin James; The Great Indoors starring Joel McHale; Man With a Plan starring Matt LeBlanc; Pure Genius starring Augustus Prew and Dermot Mulroney; and MacGyver starring Lucas Till and George Eads.
