Woman Killed By Coffin On Her Way To Husband's Funeral!

coffin.jpg

So sad. And bizarre!

On Monday, a woman in Brazil died on the way to a cemetery when a traffic accident caused her husband's coffin to fly at her neck.

According to a new report, the woman, 67-year old Marciana Silva Barcelos, was in the front passenger seat of the hearse carrying her husband's coffin.

She died instantly.

Marciana's 76-year-old husband, Josi, died Sunday of a heart attack while dancing at a party.

Looks like Josi didn't want to leave this world alone!

Hopefully, Josi and Marciana are dancing together on a big, fluffy cloud up in the heavens.

Crazy stuff!!!

Honorable Mention: Man Tries To Steal Communion Wafers

mmm-wafers.jpg

This is Jonathan Ricci.

Things first began to go wrong for Ricci when, during mass, Ricci accepted a communion wafer, but he walked away before he took the the communion into his mouth. This got him some unwanted attention from a priest, and in response, Ricci grabbed for a handful of wafers and tried to leave.

After all, the "body of Christ" is oh-so-tasty.

Since Communion is very serious business, pairshoners didn't take Ricci's gluttony too well. While people attempted to detain our Christ-hungry criminal, Ricci became livid, scuffling with his captors, and landing himself in the slammer.

Ricci was slapped with theft (The approximate 15 wafers are valued at $1), battery, and disrupting a religious assembly.

But look how peaceful he looks in his mugshot!!!

Twilight's Robert Pattinson Ignites Massive Mayhem in San Fran

robpatz1.jpg
robpatz2.jpg

Holy mayhem!

We received a ton of emails this morning from super upset Twilight fans.

Apparently, British hawtness Robert Pattinson was scheduled to do a fan meet-and-greet tonight, Monday evening, at a San Francisco-area Hot Topic as part of a promotion campaign for the Twilight movie.

However, due to event mismanagement, the event's been cancelled!

A Twilight fan was whisked away in an ambulance because she was crushed by the poorly managed crowd.

Here's Perezcious reader Amanda Nicole's eyewitness account:

Rob's stop in San Francisco was cancelled this morning. All because the people at the front of the line did not want to form a line. They crowded the malls entrance, police were called, and the whole event was cancelled and it will not be rescheduled. Even as it was announced that the event was cancelled, people still continued to stay in line. 1000+ people were in line for only 500 wristband that would allow you to meet Rob this evening. The tour is sponsored by Hot topic.

Police would not allow the mall to open until everyone cleared out. They were probably scared that people would rush Hot Topic. The whole situation was utterly ridiculous. The event was not organized and people would just pull up in their cars and cut in front of the hundreds of people who had been in line. Some waited since before 5am. The problem centered around the "mosh pit" environment at the front of the mall. People were being pushed up against glass doors and the risk for injury was very high from what I saw.

And the event was at a relatively small mall right across from the SFSU campus.

I would tell everyone attending the other stops, be careful. When security tells you to move back, move back. They are not joking around and will cancel the event.

Craziness!!!

We hope shiz is sorted out for the upcoming tour stops.

And, it SUCKS that San Fran fans were screwed over!

BOOOOO!!

Attention Seeker Alert! Jennifer Aniston at the Ivy

anistonjennifer.jpg

If you're a celeb, you usually hit The Ivy on Robertson Boulevard to get the paparazzi to take your pic, right?

Everyone knows that it's not the place for a celeb to go low pro.

Anyway, Jennifer Aniston must be really dumb or really really lame.

On Friday, she showed up to The Ivy for lunch and got all pissy about the attention she garnered from the paps.

Sources say she left through the back door of the restaurant without staying to enjoy lunch after all the attention she received on her way in.

Seriously, Maniston?

If you had hankering for their crab cakes, or whatever it is you 'enjoy' there, you should have just sent your assistant to do a pick-up.

You probably could've sent your rumored baby daddy John Mayer, too.

We know how much he lurves the paps!

The Roof Is On Fire

wenn174219922.jpg

We're not sure if we should pity this guy or just call him an idiot. But one homeowner in Georgia has just set his house on fire.

Galen Winchell decided to get rid of some cobwebs that were spreading around outside his home. But instead of taking them off with a broom or washing them off with the hose, the 59 year-old Winchell decided to go at them with a blowtorch!

So in the middle of torching some cobwebs, Winchell noticed smoke coming out from his home. That resulted in his 1,4000 square-foot home catching fire Wednesday morning.

Fire rescue was called and three engines and rescue squads had to be brought in. When they arrived, they noticed heavy smoke coming from the attic.

The power company had to be called in to disconnect the power which ran through the attic of the house. Luckily, according to the fire investigator, it "didn't take long to put the fire out."

The fire was contained to one end of the house but unfortunately there was water and smoke damage throughout.

The fire investigator said "This was an unfortunate accident. Nobody was hurt, but it could have been a lot worse."

Note to everyone out there, don't use a blow torch to get rid of cobwebs.

Woman Duct-Taped To Her Seat On Airplane

duct-tape-3m.jpg

A flight from Puerto Rico to Chicago had to make a pit stop in North Carolina to drop off a particularly unruly passenger.

Maria Esther Castillo of Oswego, N.Y. was duct-taped to her seat on board the airplane after ankle restraints failed to hold her in place.

Castillo - who is suspected to have had one too many at the airport - slapped a flight attendant's ass and pulled a blind passenger's hair after falling onto the person.

That isn't very nice at all!

When the plane landed, authorities boarded to take Castillo away, but she did not go easily.

Well, we imagine that having duct tape ripped off your skin is not a very pleasant feeling.

Castillo has been charged with resisting arrest and interfering with the operations of a flight crew.

Next time she should cut it off at drink #2.

Airport drinks aren't cheap either!

Fox Bites Woman; Woman Runs With Fox As Accessory

fox.jpg

Let's say you were out on your daily run and a fox jumped out and bit you.

What would U do?

In one of the strangest wildlife encounters we've heard, a woman in Arizona was bitten on the foot by a fox while out jogging on some trails. When she went to grab the critter, it locked its jaws on her arm.

So then what did she do?

She ran the mile back to her house, then peeled the sucker off, and locked it in the trunk of her car. She then drove herself and the animal to the hospital where animal control tested the fox for rabies and the woman received treatment (And rabies shots!) for the bite.

How bizarre!

Mugshot Hall Of Fame

davidclarkpeepingtom.jpg

This is kind of totally disturbing.

Police have arrested an electrician that is accused of installing hidden video cameras in the bathrooms of some of his customers!!!!

David Mitchell Clark, a 34 year-old from Rancho Cucamonga, CA, is believed to have victimized several people as he apparently installed the cams in many homes.

Prosecutors have already filed criminal charges against Clark and a search of Clark's home revealed video footage of many unidentified women in bathrooms.

Clark was arrested and charged with two felony counts of burglary and two misdemeanor "peeping Tom" charges.

And like a lot of criminals who are caught red-handed, Clark pleaded not guilty to the charges on Friday. He remains in custody at West Valley Detention Center with bail set at $285,000 and is scheduled to appear in court on Friday.

The first evidence of Clark secretly recording the footage came up back in August. Apparently he left a power tool with a camera attached to it next to a toilet in someone's home while doing some work.

When the residents confronted him, he wrote a letter stating the camera was attached to the tool in order to allow him to lower the tool into the walls and view footage while he works.

Clever response.

A woman who lives at the home later contacted authorities this September. Cops then searched her home and found an audio receiver and a video recorder in the attic. And on the recorder's hard drive they then found footage of a woman changing clothes in a bathroom.

The footage belonged to a friend of the homeowner who recently had remodeled his home and had hired Clark for the electrical work. Police searched the bathroom and found a small wireless camera hidden on the bottom plate of an electrical socket.

Scary!

Clark was arrested and in interviews with the police admitted to installing the hidden cams to record the women. He also admitted to installing a hidden camera in his home to record the women who lived in the apartment next to his.

But the best part is when he was asked why he did it.

And according to the police report, Clark said, "Because they were hot. It was an opportunity that I should have never considered, but I did it, and it's going to ruin my life."

Careful who you let into your homes, y'all!
