The housing market might be lousy in America, but apparently that doesn't apply in cowboy country.

Shit-kickin' country western singer Alan Jackson just placed his Nashville home on the real estate market for the lofty price of $38 million dollars.

The property consists of a 19,000-square-foot house with six bedrooms, seven full baths and two half baths, a nine-car garage, basketball court, boathouse and two ponds. The 135 acre property is the highest-priced residential property for sale in the Nashville area, which leads us to believe there is actually someone crazier than this guy.

We'd stay put in that mansion of yours, Alan, because we reckon ain't nobody going to give you one-tenth of that price in this economy!

Well, maybe Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban?

The former Miss Tracy Turnblad of Broadway's Hairspray received a slab of wet cement to put on display at the Planet Hollywood in Times Square on Monday.

Is she famous enough for this kinda shiz????

Winokur is the host of the new plus-sized dance competition, Dance Your Ass Off, on the estrogen-friendly Oxygen network, so guess so!

According to reality famewhore Gene Simmons, Idol runner-up Adam Lambert has ruined his career by coming out!

Like it was a big secret!!!!

"He killed his career because now the conversation is not about his talent but about his sexual preference. He's done," said the clueless KISS rocker.

We think Glambert did himself a favor by being brave and addressing the obvious!

"I hope I'm completely wrong. I hope he becomes the next Beatles and proves me wrong," Simmons continued. "Adam was fantastic. What a powerful and attractive man he is. He can come on tour whenever he’d like."

Seems like Gene has a little crush!

The hasbeen rapper has reached a plea deal!

Coolio was arrested in March for possession of crack cocaine at LAX Airport. He was also arrested last June for traffic violation charges and having an outstanding warrant.

The Gangster's Paradise musician had pleased guilty to felony cocaine possession in a deal that requires him to spend 18 months in rehab.

No jail time!

A judge ordered Coolio to enter an 18-month drug rehabilitation program. With Dr. Drew???

He can request the judge dismiss his case if he successfully completes the program.

Crackio is due back in court September 28th for a report on his progress.

Looks like Levi Johnston's real side is coming out.

His famewhore side!

The young dad and douchebag now wants to be an actor and model. He's even got some manager trying to pimp him out.

According to Levi's manager, Tank Jones, "There's offers on the table for a little bit of everything – sitcom appearances, a reality show, some modeling. We haven't signed anything, but there's offers."

Jones adds that the 19-year-old high school dropout "is going to go and take the test and finish school and enroll in some college courses. It's not like he can go and get a normal job now. Because of all the publicity. The whole interviewing thing, and red carpet and paparazzi – he still hasn't gotten comfortable with it, but what else does he have? Can he go work at McDonald's? … He wants to take care of his son financially."

WTF? Red Carpet? Paparazzi? Following LEVI???? HA!

And Johnston's apparently got a double identity in order to get Levi better prepared. Hello, Ricky Hollywood! Jones admits, "We came up with an alter ego. As in, 'Ricky Hollywood would iron his shirt.' "

As for Levi and Bristol Palin, Jones says there's no more battle going on between the two.

He claims "All that stuff has been worked out. Levi goes and picks Tripp up and takes him places. All of that. They talk about the kid. As parents. There's no 'relationship' relationship."

Note to Levi: Remember Britney's Jason Alexander, aka husband #1?

Eddie Van Halen is under the impression that he is still relevant!!!

Nike launched their new line of sneakers sporting a red, white and black pattern that Van Halen claims is his trademark design.

Eddie's company, ELVH Inc, filed a lawsuit last week citing copyright infringement, in which they are seeking monetary retribution and "the impoundment and destruction of all footwear."

A little extreme!

He had a line of sneakers that looked nothing like the recent Nikes!!

The combination of red, white and black are not even attributed to Van Halen anymore!!

As we mentioned, Carnie Wilson was expected to give birth this weekend via c-section.

And she did!

The Wilson Phillips singer and reality TV alum gave birth to a healthy baby girl in Los Angeles on Friday the 12th at 5:07pm, Life & Style reports.

This marks baby number two for Wilson with her hubby, guitarist Ron Bonfiglio.

The baby girl was born weighing 6lb, 5 ouces and measuring 19 inches long.

So, what do you think they named the new baby?
