Once word spread, several celebs — including Nicki Minaj — sent their thoughts and prayers via social media to the victims of this heinous crime. Sadly, the Super Bass rapper's message to England was overshadowed when fans criticized her for speaking out about London yet staying silent about the Orlando shooting at Pulse nightclub.

Even with this controversy, other Hollywood stars — including Chelsea Clinton and Ellen DeGeneres — took time to pay tribute to those who lost their lives in Wednesday's attack.
