Many have heard eating a citrus-centric diet, mostly pineapple, can make your sperm all tasty and delicious, like having a pina colada machine in your pants. (Penis colada? LOLz!)

For those actually trying to start a family, would-be dads should eat a large handful of walnuts every day.

A new study found that it can boost the quality of the man's sperm. "Walnuts" are good for "yournuts!" Ha!

Over 100 men were brought into a UCLA study where they gave a sperm sample, then half the group ate 2.5 ounces of walnuts every day for 12 weeks and then gave another sperm sample.

Must've been fun giving those samples.

Apparently men's diets and lifestyle can really affect their fertility.

So… tryna have babies??

Grab some nuts! (And eat them.)

USDA officials have tracked down one of the babies of the California mad cow!

The sad thing is they had to euthanize the offspring.

There is no test for bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE), also known as mad cow disease, that keeps the cow alive.

So they killed it and then studied the brain.

Even sadder? The baby didn't have mad cow disease.

We understand safety is first, but that doesn't make it any less sad.

It is important they do this, mainly because when people eat infected meat, they can become very sick from variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (vCJD).

The disease affects a person's movement and mental abilities and can be fatal.

We hope they got the last of the cows so no people get sick and no more cows need to die!

More and more babies are being born addicted to painkillers!

Back in the '80s and '90s, there was an increase in babies being born addicted to crack.

Now it seems, prescription painkillers are the drug of choice.

Pregnant women are more frequently using or abusing painkillers like Vicodin or Oxycontin. The number of them has increased fivefold from 2000 to 2009.

That's terrible.

It's not that more pregnant women are using drugs, it's just that pregnant women who would already be using drugs are using painkillers more than anything else.

The babies can be treated with methadone for withdrawal symptoms (the same stuff recovering heroin addicts take) and during treatment all they do is cry and are miserable.

Poor babies.

Just because the drugs are legal doesn't mean they're any better for your baby!
