Emily VanCamp And Josh Bowman "Hands Off My Parts" PSA

Emily VanCamp and Josh Bowman from Revenge star in a new PSA for the World Wildlife Foundation.

The PSA is part of the new campaign "Hands Off My Parts" which is trying to raise awareness for the illegal wildlife trade.

So many animals, many of them rare, are killed every year for their fur, horns, bones and more.

That's just terrible! People need to leave the animals alone!!

The WWF released a statement that said:

"WWF is rallying forces globally to raise public awareness and reduce trafficking in endangered species. We’re grateful for the powerful voice celebrities like Emily and Josh are lending to this important cause. The world must take a stand to stop the illegal trade that is emptying our forests and our oceans. Supporting “Hands Off My Parts” is an empowering and simple way for anyone to be a voice for those endangered species who have no voice."

We're so glad Emily and Josh are giving up their time to help the animals.

Check out the video (above) to see their PSA!

Migaloo is digging down deep and it's for SCIENCE!

The pooch is the first dog in the archaeology field and her trainer, Gary Jackson, only has to use her ball for motivation!

Migaloo has a personality trait that helps in her line of work: fixation. She loves to play with her ball but she'll only get it when she finds the scent of human bones.

So bones = ball in her eyes!

So how good is this pooch's nose????

She was able to find the bones in a 600 year old grave in the middle of Australia!!!

Now THAT's a nose we could use!

Paleontologists Discover New Dinosaur Species

new-triceratops-discovered.jpg

…in the basement of their own museum!

Yup, paleontologists from Britain's Natural History Museum just discovered a new species of dinosaur hiding in their basement.

The bones are of herbivores from the same family as the Triceratops, called Spinops sternbergorum.

The bones were found along with a large group of fossils in a "bone bed" in Alberta, Canada in 1916.

But the museum's keeper of geology at the time said the bones were "rubbish" so they lay in the basement from almost 100 years until they were rediscovered by a current group of researchers.

The scientist who led the team said:

"I knew right away that these fossils were something unusual, and it was very exciting to learn about their convoluted history.

Here we have not just one, but multiple individuals of the same species, so we’re confident that it’s not just an odd example of a previously known species."

That's got to be a fun thing to stumble across.

They didn't even need to dig or use those little dust brushes or anything.

Score one for modern science!
