Animal Rescue Worker Is An Alleged Dognapper!

Two pooches were recently jacked, thrown out of a car and injured, and weirdly enough, all this happened because of an animal rescue worker!

WTF?!?

Debbie Swenerton was arrested last month for stealing two pit bulls from a rural community east of Albuquerque, and she is now being considered a "serial dognapper."

But according to Swenerton's friend, Barbara Tellier, she's apparently "one of the most humane people [she] know[s]," adding:
