She's a creamy chocolate dream!

The incomparable Britney Spears showed up to Elton John's star-stuffed Oscar party last night and SHOCKED everyone with her new shaven-head shimmery brown locks (above)!!!

YUP! BritBrit traded in her signature blonde tresses for a medium-light chestnutty color, and we have to say we are LOVING the transformation!!

The soon-to-be Vegas girl paired her new do with a floor-length Micheal Cinco Couture gown that featured a PLUNGING v-shaped neckline and a gorgeous open back. She finished off the look with De Grisogono jewels and Saint Laurent heels.

SO elegant, such sophistication! Hearts all over this one!

We wonder if her new manz inspired the change…

Perhaps he is a gentleman who prefers brunettes!

People were dropping like flies at Dolce & Gabbana's first-ever couture presentation earlier this week.

On Sunday, the team of 35 ateliers were applying the finishing touches on the one off creations, when two passed the eff out because it was so damn haute hot.

Later that night, Dolce & Gabbana celebrated their guests' arrival to Taormina with a night at the opera.

The 80 or so customers and handful of fashion editors flocked to an ancient Roman amphitheater to enjoy Bellini's Bel Canto's Norma, when an editor almost fell into the orchestra pit.

Luckily the unidentified falling editor wasn't seriously injured, nothing a little ice cream couldn't cure. Seriously, that's what a doctor prescribed.

The fourth and final fainting occurred on Monday, the day of the show, at the beach. They're expected to make a complete recovery.

Thank goodness no couture was harmed! Ha!
