Wait, we thought Jane Fonda was all about being healthy??

Gotta have a cheat day once in a while, we guess! Why not have one while you're getting your hair done?? LOLz!

Jane Fonda was getting her hair coiffed when she ordered $50 cheeseburgers to be delivered to the salon — the Roy Teeluck salon on East 57th Street, on consecutive days! That's right, BOTH Monday and Tuesday!

Apparently she was being done up for her new movie where she plays Nancy Reagan (Butler), and had a craving… which led to them ordering from the Four Seasons Hotel across the street!

Yum!

Just don't do it every day, you gotta keep that famous figure!! Actually, at 75 she can totally do what she wants! Go nuts, Jane! Just stay healthy!

NYC Teenager Gobbles 15 Deodorant Sticks Per Month!

This ain't right!! LOLz

A New York City girl named Nicole admitted that she looooooves to eat deodorant, and in fact, she craves it so much that she consumes it after meals and even throughout the night.

WTF?!?

With her craaazy habit pretty much taking over her life, Nicole went on TLC's My Strange Addiction to tell her story about how she started eating B.O. blocker when she was only 4 years old.

The 19-year-old explained that she eats 15 sticks per month and even gulps down deodorant from spray cans.

Don't Overeat During The Holiday Season!

With all the delicious food on display over Christmas, it can be tempting to sample every dish or even go back for seconds. If you eat clean 80% of the time, then dedicate one meal as your "cheat" meal. If dessert is your weakness, eat lean proteins and vegetables as your main meal and then enjoy a slice of chocolate cake or some ice-cream. As long as you return to your clean eating habits, then having a cheat meal is a great way to satisfy your cravings.

Fresh Start Monday: 5 Salads

Rather than stress about all the meals you are going to or “should” eat this week, why not focus on something smaller like 5 salads in 5 days?

Cook an extra serving of protein the night before and throw it into a salad you can take to work OR pre order a salad for lunch and have it delivered. Order and pay for it early in the day so that you don’t have to stress about what to eat when you are already hungry and craving the not so healthy options.

That’s my plan for the week. Five salads in five days.
