Croissant + Donuts = CRONUTS! We Would Pay To Have Cronuts In Our Mouths!

As shockingly unhealthy as they probably are, we can't help but want so many of pastry chef Domnique Ansel's damn Cronuts in our mouth right now! Somebody needs to take our money and have it happen!

If you couldn't figure it out from the headline, Cronuts are a blissful and genius combination of DONUTS and CROISSANTS. Both unhealthy, both delicious. Instead of having one each, why not combine the two into a silky king-sized bed for your tastebuds??

We dare you to try and get half-way through the video (above) before you drown in your own drool! We DARE YOU! LOLz!

Someone bring us a dozen of these STAT! Oh, and let us know if California's new friend will be attempting their own version!

Easy Almond Roca!! Recipe Of The Day In Four Ingredients!!

Mariko Laugh

The melt-in-your-mouth goodness of toffee, in just a few steps! Try experimenting with different types of nuts and flavors (add chili, coconut and salt to your almonds for a spicy kick) and the possibilities are endless! Toffee tastes better the next day after the flavors develop - just store in an air tight container until ready to serve!

1 1/2 cups toasted almond (or other nut) chopped
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
4 bars chocolate

Butter pan (like 7×11 or 8×8) and sprinkle 1 cup of almonds evenly over bottom. Melt butter in heavy bottom saucepan, add brown sugar and cook over medium-high heat until gently boiling. Reduce heat to medium, and cook for 12 minutes, stirring constantly (if you have a candy thermometer, this will be about 300 degrees). Carefully pour onto baking sheet over almonds, and smooth with back of spoon. Arrange chocolate bars over top and let sit for a few minutes until melted. Evenly spread chocolate, and sprinkle with remaining almonds. Cool completely, and break into smaller pieces when ready to serve!

Make Your Own Butterfingers! Recipe Of The Day In Four Ingredients!

Mariko Pot

Butterfingers used to be my favorite candy …. until I started reading the labels on everything! Here is a delicious recipe for getting that peanut butter and chocolate fix in a matter of minutes! This recipe can also be gluten-free and vegan if you use the right chocolate and candy corn.

1 cup candy corn
1/3 cup peanut butter
3/4 chocolate chips

Line a small baking dish (around 5×5) with parchment paper. Add candy corn to microwave safe bowl, and heat for 30 seconds, or until melted (be careful not to overcook it). Immediately add peanut butter and stir until well mixed; if it begins to harden, microwave for 10 seconds. Pour mixture into baking dish, and smooth out with spoon. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over top, and microwave for 5-10 seconds. Spread melted chocolate chips evenly over top of peanut mixture, and put in freezer to chill - about 15 minutes. I like to cut mine in small, fun-size rectangles, and wrap in cute cellophane to serve!

Don't Overeat During The Holiday Season!

With all the delicious food on display over Christmas, it can be tempting to sample every dish or even go back for seconds. If you eat clean 80% of the time, then dedicate one meal as your "cheat" meal. If dessert is your weakness, eat lean proteins and vegetables as your main meal and then enjoy a slice of chocolate cake or some ice-cream. As long as you return to your clean eating habits, then having a cheat meal is a great way to satisfy your cravings.

Dear America: Burger King Is Testing A Bacon Sundae

Burger King Bacon Sundae

Mmmmm sundaes.

Mmmmm bacon.

Mmmmm bacon sundaes??

That's what Burger King is testing RIGHT NOW!

Looks like Denny's might have to move over if they perfect the recipe!

For right now, though, a Nashville Burger King location is the only one with the new Bacon Sundae being offered.

So, like the mythical and delicious unicorn that it is… we'll have to wait until we actually see the dessert itself in the wild!

Unless, of course, one of our dear FitPerezcious readers can find one and snap a pic for us, sending it to Tips@FitPerez.com!

The truth is, we just want to see it for ourselves — it's gotta be incredibly fattening, and you should probably stay away from eating it!

Happy hunting, though! Ha!
