Ford modeling agency is suing two of their former clients, Karolina Waz and Alana Zimmer for inking deals with its competitor, Men Women NY Model Management.
According to the lawsuit, Ford accuses the two models of breaking their three year contracts after Men Women NY "maliciously" went after them.
In order to get out of their contracts, both Waz and Zimmer
New York City modeling agencies Elite, Wilhelmina and Ford are being sued for bamboozling models out their paycheck.
That ain't right!
The lawsuit, which is being led by model Louisa Raske, states:
"Each of the modeling agencies has money in its accounts that rightfully belongs to models, that is being used by the modeling agencies and which has not been paid to models."
The suit also claims models were told they would "never again model in New York" if they took legal action against the agencies.
Wow. Is that even legal?
In total, the models are asking for $20 million, the amount they were allegedly cheated out of due to shady accounting.
And this time, she's making some pretty SERIOUS allegations against the officers involved in her Thursday night arrest for drug possession, reckless endangerment, and tampering with evidence!
The troubled starlet took to her social networking page this afternoon to continue denying her legal drama this week, which involved her allegedly smoking pot in her apartment building's lobby and then throwing her bong out the window when police began searching her place, and now, she's asserted that one of the officers at the scene sexually harassed her by "slapping" her VAGINA!
